Equipment: Football kit, footwear (astro’s or trainers), waterproof clothing if possible, packed lunch & soft
drinks. Courses Include; High quality, safe tuition from the “Community Trust” staff.
Terms & Conditions:
We will not be liable for loss or replacement of any child’s clothing or footwear. Participants will receive
entertainment vouchers.

Your son/ daughter will be registered on the course of their choice.
Do I receive notifications?
No. Stoke City Community Trust will only contact you if your son/ daughter has been unsuccessful in gaining
a place. We advise to book early due to limited spaces. All cheques should be made payable to Stoke City
Community Trust with the participants name on the back of the cheque. If you require any further information
