Fr. Melchior joins St. Anthony Church family
St. Anthony Church welcomes Fr. Jerry Melchior as its new senior
associate pastor. Fr. Melchior’s arrival heralds the addition of Masses
at St. Anthony Monday through Saturday at 8:15 AM; and during the

Saints stories to be shared
A series of DVDs on the lives of saints will be
offered Sunday nights in the Scotus Little Theater. The main door on the east side opens at
5:45 PM for the 6 PM showing. “Under the Roman
Sky: St. Pius XII” is Jan. 18. No food and drink
except bottled water is allowed.

Children, teens shaping down
Shapedown is a 10-week weight-management
program that provides education to overweight
children ages 6-12 and teens ages 12-18 and
their families on healthy eating, exercise, behavior modification, self-esteem, stress management

Priest’s piano concert to benefit Crofton school
Fr. Tim Lange, former pastor of St. Rose of Lima Church in
Crofton, is presenting a piano concert to benefit the St. Rose of Lima

School voting begins Monday

The Third Annual Superstar Catholic School
contest begins Monday and St. Isidore is in the
running. Everyone can begin
voting for St. Isidore School Monday at spiritcatholicradio.com and
keep voting through Sat., Jan. 17.
The winning school will be heard
on Spirit Catholic Radio during a
live broadcast during Catholic
Schools Week Jan. 26-30 and receive a custommade banner and treats for the staff. Vote and tell
your friends to vote, too.
At St. Isidore School, milk, water and salad
bar are offered daily. Menu is subject to change
due to a funeral or availability. USDA is an equal

School needs yarn for projects
Fr. Price Preschool is taking registrations for
the 2015-2016 school year. There is a $25 fee

St. Isidore School is looking for donations of
scrap yarn for activities during Catholic Schools
Week later in the month. Donations should be
brought to the school office during school hours.
Drivers needed for Meals
St. Isidore volunteer coordinator Colleen Willman needs drivers for Meals on Wheels Jan. 2630. Four drivers have had to step down for health
reasons and others are “snow birds.” Call Colleen
