Darke County Fair Pageant

Event Coordinators:
Child must be between 3-5 years of age by August 24, 2015 and a resident of Darke County. There is a $15
non-refundable entry fee. Please have your child in the youth building, located behind the gazebo of the
fairgrounds, at least 1/2 hour before starting time. The Boys will begin at 5:30 and the Girls will start at 6:30
following the Boys. This years theme is "Down on the Farm," a judged event.

Applications can be picked up at the following businesses:
Readmore Hallmark Store Greenville, The Flower Patch Greenville, The Darke County Fair Office,
The Corner Cupboard Union City, Arcanum Hardware, Farmers State Bank New Madison,
Second National Bank Versailles, John's IGA Foodliner Versailles, Greenville National Bank Ansonia.
Applications need turned back in by August 15, 2015 no later than 12PM to The Flower Patch.
No late entries will be accepted.
Also, there will be a Most Photogenic Contest . Please include a 5x7 or smaller
photograph with no enhancements with your entry form and fee. Please make sure the picture
is labeled with name and address.
Contestants will be judged on Personality, Outfit, Poise and Stage Presence. All judges' decisions
are final and will not be questioned. Contestants are asked to be lined up in numerical order in a timely manner to
keep things moving. Registration for the pageant will begin at 4:45. The contest will not wait
for a missing contestant. Encourage all contestants, however loud and excessive cheering are not permitted.
You may be asked to leave if this becomes an issue.
Please abide by these rules as we are keeping the safety and fairness of the contestants in mind.
