OPTOLED has 6500m2 standard factory buildings
and more than 110 workers and stuff members which
there are over 15 medium and high grade technicians.
Our company has moved to its new factory as of
the beginning of 2015. Each month can produce
approximately 10,000 LED luminaires and 1,000 Lighting
Pole with Solar system

Electronic and Optical

Design engineering is a critical components of the product
development process. Ensure our products are prepared for
successful manufacturing with design engineering from OPTOLED.
Circuit simulation software allows engineers to design circuits more
efficiently, reducing the time cost and risk of error involved in building
circuit prototypes
Also OPTOLED's optical engineers have started to build more
efficiency lenses with LEDIL which is the world's biggest lens
company.

Prototype Process
One of the essential early steps in the invention process is creating a
prototype. The creating prototype products are tested to certain
requirements to reach a level to allow the lighting.
Light efficiency, electrical testing, fixtures and heat resistance tests
are carried out carefully.According to efficiency in test results, the
prototype product gets approval for mass production.

A large component of building quality electronics is designing a

this as they design our process for each new product we build.
The machine, is the most important factor for mass production of , has
40,000 pieces per hour electronic component placement capacity .

Lighting Design Simulation
Your project is prepared by AutoCAD then define solutions details in
infrastructure. Our Lighting Simulation Team includes professional
engineers who are experts in performing lighting and daylighting
simulations using the latest and most effective software that allow our
clients and project teams important lighting and daylighting options to
consider for their projects.
We use DIALux software to predict daylighting levels within interior
spaces, analyzing artificial and natural light levels for daylight harvesting
and integration of dimming and other lighting controls, and analysis of
the selection and specification of artificial lighting for both interior and
exterior spaces.
