Warranty terms and conditions
What Is Covered
Depending on which warranty you select to
use, all defects in materials or workmanship, with
the exceptions stated below, are covered.
Length of Coverage
Our standard parts warranty is one-year, with
a two-year extended warranty also available. New
and remanufactured engines carry a one-year
replacement and six-months labor warranty.
Exceptions
Abilene Machine will not be liable for a loss,
damage, or injury directly or indirectly arising from
the use or inability to determine the use of the
product. Before using, you should determine the
suitability of the product in its intended use.
This warranty does not cover failures caused
by improper application, improper installation,
unauthorized repairs, abuse, improper oils or
fluids, misuse, accidental contamination, improper
maintenance, damage by accident or fire, etc.,
and/or other failures from neglect or alteration.
Abilene Machine will not be responsible for
associated part or assembly failures, hauling or
towing, incidental consequential damages, loss of
profits, sales or income, downtime or equipment
rental, injury to personal property, oil, oil filters,
antifreeze, Freon or gas, or lift dock storage
fees. The user shall assume and be liable for all
responsibility and risk in connection therewith.
The user accepts the product without warranties
expressed or implied other than those stated
herein. This warranty does not cover normal wear
and tear. We warrant our parts to be free from
defects in material or workmanship only for the
time period for which you purchased the warranty.
Abilene Machine reserves the right to inspect
any or all parts returned for warranty before
warranty claims will be honored. In all instances,
Abilene Machine’s sole liability will be either
replacing the defective part or a refund not to
exceed the purchase price of the defective part.
