The beginning thread will be used to make a loop at the end. String a Tile Bead (TB), a Brick Bead (BB), #11, Magatama Bead (MB), #11. Go back down through the BB. String a TB, BB, #11, MB, #11.. Go through the opposite side of the BB and up through the TB, BB, #11, MB, #11, BB and TB. Come out between the TB and the BB. STEP 2 Coming up underneath the TB, repeat this process to the end. You will have 23 TB for the length specified on the front page. Make adjustments now. The closure section is ½” in the length. Stop Bead STEP 3 When you have reached the end, you will have a TB sticking out, just like the beginning of your bracelet. String 6 #11 and the button and make a circle around the end of the TB several times to reinforce. Weave a #15, 4mm Fire Polish crystal (FP), and a #15 and go through the next MB. Do this on both sides. Cut over through the BB and TB’s on the end. Stop Bead STEP 5 Weave your way to the other side when you get to the end. Coming out of the 1st #11 on the BB, string 3 #11 and go through the #15 and FP. String 2 #11, MB, 2 #11 and going over the top of the FP, go back through to encircle the crystal. Go through the next #15. String 3 #11 and go through the next #15 and FP. Encircle the FP again with 2 #11, MB, 2 #11. Repeat all the way down and on the other side. Tie off. **The 3 #11’s over the MB will probably pop up a bit, this is supposed to happen. When you are done the bracelet, you can go down each side and make sure each 3 #11 section over the MG is popping up. If you use a different size button, make sure to compensate for it one way or the other, Make sure you end up with an odd count. You will want a bit of looseness because you will be doing peyote and that will snug it up a bit tighter around the button. Then do peyote stitch around the loop, then peyote stitch one more time using the MB. Tie off. You are done…enjoy! **Diagram is not show full size on the loop.
