Apply the Pearl Base as a base on your lids to keep the shadow on longer and
also enhance the color of the eye shadow. This works with any eye shadow even
ones that don’t give a lot of pay-off
Apply the Pearl Base as a base for the sparkles. Using this base will create a softer
pastel sparkle eye shadow or liner because the background is much softer.
Use the Pearl Base as a layering base. After you apply your eye shadow apply
the pearl base on the middle of your lid close to your lash line and then apply
complimenting sparkles. You have a sparkle shadow that will stay put.
Apply the Pearl Base as a base for loose shimmers on your eyes. Using the pearl
base will make the shimmer glisten and pop more.

1) Sparkles are packaged with recommended base for retail.
2) Apply Star base with a tapered angle liner brush as if you’re applying eyeliner.
After using the brush, don’t wipe the base off.
3) Using the same brush, dip the tip of brush into sparkles, tap excess and then DAB
onto lined area. Do not blend the sparkle. DAB!
4) Remove falling sparkles with a cotton ball, if client doesn’t like color it comes right
off to try another color.
5) Light star base is recommended with lighter sparkle colors and the dark star base
is for darker sparkle colors. You will not see the base, it just pops the sparkle.
6) Imagine the bases like a background to pop the sparkle color. The lighter the
base the lighter the sparkle color will be. The dark the background the deeper
the sparkle color will be.
7) Spark lashes up with applying mascara and then dipping wand into sparkles and
dotting onto lashes for sparkle tips.
