D90 /D130 BTA SHEAVE/PULLEY ALIGNMENT
For simple, quick alignment of belt drives. The tool is fitted in a few
seconds, and the laser line projected on the targets clearly shows
how you need to adjust the machines. Compact and light. Suitable
for most types of drive, such as V-belt, toothed belt, flat belt and
chain drives. Can also be used on non-magnetic pulleys. With D90
you have the possibility of digital readouts for future upgrades.
D130 Ex is the Ex-approved version for use in potentially explosive
environments.
EASY-LASER® D150 / D160 DIGITAL BTA SHEAVE / PULLEY ALIGNMENT
Easy-Laser® D150 BTA has a combined detector/display unit (not pictured). The detector provides a live digital display of both offset and angular value.
Easy-Laser® D160 has a separate detector unit and display unit. This means you can read and follow the alignment from where you are standing and
making adjustments. The backlit display also makes it easier to read in poor light conditions. Makes adjustment within prescribed tolerances easier. The
detector reads off the position in relation to the laser plane and digitally displays the parallel and angular misalignment “live”. The system can be
connected to EasyLaser Shaft alignment display box for belt alignment shim correction value.
E170/E180 DIGITAL BELT ALIGNMENT SYSTEM

E420 ENTRY LEVEL SHAFT ALIGNMENT SYSTEM
Redefines the entry level for shaft alignment systems. Built-in wireless
units, Large 5.7” colour display and measurement functions like most

GEOMETERICAL SYSTEM
E910/E915 FLANGE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM
Evaluates directly in true 3D. See the result as a true 3d image in
display unit directly after measuring. Then evaluate the result
easily with different calculation settings, for example, three
point reference, best fit or all positive. This can also be done
directly on site without having to stop to go to a pc with separate
analysis programs which was the case previously and makes the
production much more efficient. Perfect system for wind mill
tower manufacturers and slewing ring applications. E910
consists of swivel laser whereas, E915 consists of spin laser.
E920 / E940 MACHINE TOOL, GEOMETRIC MEASUREMENT
Versatile basic system for geometrical measurements for checking and aligning machine tools. The correct machine geometry is the basis for being able
to produce parts that remain within the tolerances. Compared to conventional methods, such as dial gauges, mandrels stones, work can be carried out
much more quickly with the use of a laser measurement system. You can measure straightness, flatness, squareness, spindle pointing direction, level
and much more. The measurement result can be documented and compared to ISO10791-1 and 10791-2used for machine tools. In EasyLaser E940
system hyper precision detector resolution of the display can go down to 0.0001mm making it the most precise machine tool measurement system.

E950 WIRELESS BORE ALIGNMENT

For straightness measurement of bores and bearing journals in diesel engines, gear
boxes, propeller shaft installations as well as positioning workpieces in machine
tools. Measures both full and half bearing positions with simplicity. E950 A and
E950 C for diesel engines, compressors, Gearboxes etc. E 950 B for propeller shaft
drive lines with stern tubes. Bore diameters from 100- 4000mm can be measured
for a upto distance of 40mts. For longer propeller line long range laser or true beam
can be provided upto 100mts.
E960 WIRELESS TURBINE ALIGNMENT
Turbine alignment systems make the measurement and adjustment work
of diaphragms and bearings easier, thanks to the wireless detector unit
and measurement programs that guides you through the measurement
process. E960 A suitable for gas turbines and smaller steam turbines. E960
B suitable for large turbines Bore diameters from 150- 4500mm can be
measured for a distance of 40mts. For long range laser or true beam can be
provided upto 100mts.

The instrument is manly intended for predictive maintenance work without the
need for frequency analysis and "expert" interpretation. With X-Viber,
measurements are fast and easy, because of the Route function. Vibration level,
temperature and RPM is measured with the same instrument, which simplifies the
measurements. Balancing, Spectrum measurement and Analyzing are also
possible with X-Viber. For balancing, a balancing kit is available.

M2 / VM41 / CA200

The CA200 Calibration system is used to calibrate a standard transducer,
against a reference transducer, with known characteristics. The system is

DI5 / DI5C - CRANK SHAFT DEFLECTION INDICATOR
PRISMA TEKNIK Swedish Make Crank Shaft Deflection Indicator is
engineer's professional tool for regular measurement of distance
between crank webs, in different crank positions for resolution upto
0.001mm.
Its introduction has made the task more effective and the measurement
results are more accurate. Two models available DI5 is without memory
and DI5C is with memory.
OVALITY KIT
It is an accessory to the DI-5C/CR Deflaction Indicators, primarily
designed to cylinder liner ovality and for wear comparison at bore
diameter 180-600 mm and stroke up to 870 mm. This aluminium jig

800kgs, bearing diameter from 10 to 850mm. The Simatherm induction
heaters are heating ring-shaped workpieces, such as bearings, in a very

THERMAPEN
The Alert Thermapen thermometer features all the benefits of the
SuperFast Thermapen with the additional feature of indicating when
critical temperatures are reached. This is achieved by the digital display
flashing the words 'COLD' 'HOT' or 'ICE' at the critical temperatures. Max.
temperature range is 300Deg C.
RAYTEMP 3 / RAYTEMP 4 / RAYTEMP 8
Raytemp range of Infrared thermometer is compact, lightweight and easy to
use. Simply aim, press the button and it displays the temperature of the item
being measured. Maximum temperature will displayed on the LCD.

The Raytemp 38 is a professional infrared thermometer with dual laser dot with maximum
temperature of 1000Deg C. The thermometer incorporates a 50:1 optic ratio, this enables users to
measure small targets from a distance. The user stands a safe and comfortable distance from the
target, points the thermometer at the surface to be measured, presses the button and instantly
