How to register
To sign in for the owner module you first have
to register.
Select Create new account and you will be
referred to the registration page. When you
have completed the form, press the Send
button.
To activate your account permanently please
click
on the link in the activation email. You can now
start working in the Zoover owner module.
Login
Login to the owner module with your registered email address and password.
Forgot your password?
Go to Forgot your password? on the login page. Enter the registered email address and click
on the Send button. You will receive an email with a new password.
The features
The following features are available in the owner module. The features can be selected from
the homepage of the owner login, where you will be automatically redirected to this page
after logging in.
Add photos and videos
Upload photos
Selecting the feature Add photos here on the accommodation owner homepage allows you
to add photos to your Zoover accommodation page. Your photos will be displayed
prominently on your accommodation page where millions of visitors will see them. The
photos will appear in within 24 hours on Zoover.
Upload videos
Videos can be added by selecting Add videos here on the accommodation owner
homepage.
The video you selected can be provided with a title, description and keywords, making it
easy to find on Zoover. You can either upload videos from your own computer or embed
videos from, for example YouTube or Google Video. The videos will appear in within 24
hours on Zoover.
Remove or adjust photo’s
Remove photo’s
Zoover does not remove old content from its pages. It is not only important for us as
independent review site to retain all information to provide clarity for our visitors, but also to
help combat fraud. Using the owners account you can add new photos and information to
the Zoover page. In this way it is clear to Zoover users that attention is being paid to the
renovation and modernisation of the accommodation.
Change your profile picture
To change your profile picture, you can contact our Leisure Relations department. Please
upload the new profile picture on your accommodation page.
Add accommodation info
Accommodation information can be added via the tab Add information about facilities.
Here you can add and/or modify information such as; address information, general
information about your accommodation, offered accommodation facilities and you can
select your accommodation on the map.
Questions & Answers
You have the opportunity to create new
subjects and to respond to forum
messages from visitors. Questions
and/or information regarding your
accommodation can be answered in
this
part of your accommodation page.

Welcome Home Mail system
As easy as can be!
Zoover’s Welcome Home system helps you get
more reviews. The system is available for all
accommodations via the owner’s account.
The Welcome home system is an easy way to
thank your guests for staying with you and to ask
them to write a review about their experience.
This makes it easy for you to collect more reliable
and valuable reviews. It only takes a minute or two
to set up your own Welcome Home email
campaign. It’s as easy as can be.

Do you want to get more reviews quickly and easily using a public computer or tablet?
That’s possible!
Please send us the IP address of the device from which the reviews are submitted so that
we are aware that multiple reviews are coming from the same IP address.
Please send your IP address to our Leisure Relations Department
Notification e-mails
Keep up-to-date with your latest reviews
thanks to our notification emails.
Zoover will send you a notification email
whenever you have received new
reviews.
The email will be sent to the email
address registered in your owner’s
account.
International reviews can be found by
selecting the right language on Zoover.
Respond to reviews
Using this feature allows you to respond to
reviews of your accommodation. By clicking on
the feature Respond to reviews the reviews
will appear. Use the Respond button to be able
to
respond to reviews. A new window will open in
which you are able to add a respond.
Please note that you can only respond to
reviews placed on your own accommodation
page.
It is not necessary to respond to all the
reviews, a short unique response on a
few reviews is sufficient. Do not forget to
respond to both positive and negative
feedback.

Add Zoover score on your website
With the Zoover widgets you are able to add your Zoover score on your own website. You
will
have access to your reviews and will be able to show your current Zoover score. The
widgets will also help you to collect new reviews. There are several formats and languages
available.

Over 90% of the holidaymakers reads reviews before they book a holiday! You can easily
ensure yourself that your guests leave a review by using our promotion material.

Premium package
The premium package includes a direct link to your website and a customised banner on
your accommodation page. The package runs on all Zoover websites and our Dutch
equivalent website Vakantiereiswijzer.nl for one year. The banner increases your visibility
amongst Zoover users.
