How the NEW System works
Very simply you can direct your students to our materials sales page online and they can buy
directly from the page required. When they make a purchase they will receive a unique product ID
Number for their purchase this number will be their “ITDA Group Serial Index Ref”, and MUST be
used by the Instructor / Trainer or Course Director when registering certification with us.
Your commission will be based on this reference number and you will receive your commissions in
full within 30 days of cleared funds reaching our account. Payment is preferred by PayPal but we
can also pay by bank transfer (Which will incur Bank Charges at Cost)… You Commission level will
be based on two factors: 1. Your Professional Level and 2. Our Agreement with you based on
targeted sales over each quarter period each year. For more information on making an agreement
with us to predict sales (Approximately) Example: July, Aug, Sep Period, estimate 30 Sales,
Training & Certs, and you are on 25% Commission we will increase your commission to 30% on
these sales and for the next quarter period… Oct, Nov, Dec… If you have less than predicted we will
reduce the next quarter to your original commission minimum level. If it is higher we will increase
your commissions.

New Standards for Instructor Training from July 1st.2013
ITDA Group Sports Instructor Candidates pre ITP Preparation Exam / Quiz
The objective is to ensure that ITDA SDA Instructor Candidates have the best possible chance of
passing the Instructor Training Program. We have developed a NEW Pre ITP Program that operates
in two ways:
1. Pre ITP Materials Pack, Including; ITP Pre Exam/Quiz So that candidates may be aware of all
the required knowledge and ITDA Group Standards summary prior to attending the ITP.
Benefits: This will mean that the training staff can spend more time developing teaching skills
and dedicating more candidate personal attention and more time for reviews and
assessments.
The Pre ITP Pack is self-assessment and outlines all of the areas of the ITP required for
assessments and evaluation. This means we DO NOT NEED a FINAL EXAM…
The ITP Process for graduation is by continuous assessment and evaluation, and the better
prepared candidates are the more benefit they will get from the Instructor Training.
2. We highly recommend that any ITP Candidates take a Pre Assessment Test with an ITDA
Trainer or Senior Instructor in their area. A list of Instructors able to complete this
assessment will be published on the ITDA Group web sites or directly from
[email protected]
Costs:
The Cost of the PRE ITP Package is just $99.00 USD (Web/Net). Previous price $199.00. From

Pack from just $299.00 USD Inclusive: up to 40% Off Instructor Training Materials…
Any candidate choosing to apply for an Instructor training program or professional level crossovers
from non ITDA Group agencies MUST have completed a pre-assessment or will not be accepted for
ITP.
Note: Instructors and trainers who want to offer the pre-assessment exam will need to complete an
ITDA Group ITP Trainer Assessor Upgrade Program, they may then sell this product and the PreAssessment to Divers who want to become professionals from Rescue Diver Level and above, any
agency… (Plus have the required experience and certifications). Min 1 year diving and 60+ Dives to
enter the program… (Must also have a minimum of 100+ dives to graduate as an ITDA Group
Professional). The ITP Pre-Assessment may be taken on-line as theory modules plus our

ITDA GROUP TECHNICAL PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM – 2013
From July 1st. 2013 ITDA Group International have developed a NEW
Technical Professional Program. TPP.
NEW Standards from July 2013
Entry Level Technical Instructor from Dive Master or equal Level any agency with Nitrox diving
certification and experience. Minimum of 50+ dives on Nitrox. 100+ Dives total & Certified for 1 year.
Technical Instructor Program is 4-5 days and requires a Pre-Assessment theory pass as for the
Sports Instructor training program with On-line or distance learning ITP Technical Instructor Module.
Ntech Instructors can train teach and certify the following programs:

Nitrox Diver using 32% and 36% 1 day program with 2 dives.
Ntech Diver using mixes up to 40% Oxygen with 4-6 Dives
Sports Decompression Theory (Dry Level Certification) / May upgrade to Ntech Silver.
CPR First Aid (Basic Life Support) / Dive Medic with Oxygen and AED Modules
Only Certified divers with a minimum of Open Water Diver Level may be trained by Ntech
Instructors or ITDA Divers from Resort Diver or 1*Star Club Diver. They may NOT Train or certify
Entry Level Resort or 2**Star Divers without direct supervision of an ITDA Group Instructor.(they
may function as Instructional Assistants / Assistant Instructors)
ITDA Group Technical Instructor.
Program is 8-10 days and will require a pre ITP assessment (Tech) to enter the program.
ONLY Instructors certified as ITDA Group Sports or OW Instr. / RSTC Equal Instructor Level with a
minimum of 1 year teaching experience may qualify. A NEW Trainer Level has been created as
ITDA Technical Instructor Trainer / Assessor. (Applicants will need to pass an assessment and

Nitrox New Ntech Standards
Bronze Level – Sports Nitrox Program limited to 32% and 36% Max 40% Nitrox
Mixes ONLY and may be taught by Sports and Technical Instructors as a DRY
Program if pre-approved by Group HQ. ITDA Group Students are required to complete a minimum of two
dives, one dive on each mix for ITDA Group Certification. Other Agencies may not require certifying dives.
We have in the past trained this program for SSAC Scottish Sub Aqua Club.
Basic Nitrox - Maximum Depth is 30m/100’ – 1 Day Program or Theory Only 4-5 Hours.
Silver Level – Sports Nitrox to Advanced Level. Limited to 50% Nitrox mix ONLY and
may be taught by Nitrox Certified Sports and Technical Instructors. All students are required
to complete a minimum of four (4) Open Water Dives on mixes from; 32%, 36%, 40% and 50%. Calculating
each mix for MOD and Planning Safe Nitrox Dives to MOD limits. Basic Decompression theory will be
included but Decompression Dives MUST be simulated ONLY.
Advanced Nitrox - Maximum Depth 40m/132’ – 2-3 Days Training.
GOLD Level
Sports Divers upgrading to Technical Nitrox up to 80% as a Safe
Decompression Mix (NOT STAGED DECOMPRESSION DIVING) for Staged
decompression see ITDA Technical Diving, Decompression Procedures Program. Maybe
taught ONLY by ITDA Technical Ntech Nitrox Certified Technical Instructors. (Other Agency Instructors will
need to complete an ITDA Advanced & Technical Instructor Program to teach and certify this
level).
Tech Nitrox - Maximum Depth 50m/165’ 4-5 Days Training
All students are required to complete a minimum of six (6) Open Water Dives on mixes from;
21% to 50%. Calculating each mix for MOD and Planning Safe Nitrox Dives to MOD limits.
Decompression theory will be included and two (2) Decompression Dives MUST be completed.
Maximum Depth: Air (21% as breathing gas) to 50m/165’ with Decompression on 50/50 Nitrox. 3 - 4 Days
Training Required.
