Body Clone™ includes Giordana®’s most

Forma™ Jacket
The Forma Winter Jacket remains unchanged for
2008/09. Its popularity speaks for itself. Instead of
altering what already works, we’ve just added new
colors to provide more options.
The Forma Jacket is the only heavy-duty winter
outer layer you’ll need in any winter conditions.
It is designed to keep you toasty in temperatures
well below freezing. But we don’t sacrifice style
for comfort. We believe a top of the line jacket has
both.
The most powerful feature is the Activa Plus GTB
material that makes up the majority of the piece. This
single fabric is actually comprised of several layers.
There’s a Meryl Actisystem outer layer with a titanium
treatment, then WindTex, which is a waterproof, windproof and breathable membrane. The innermost layer
is soft polyester pile. There are Roubaix fleece panels
under the back of the arms for ventilation. Sealing out
the elements is a tall collar at the neck and a silicone
gripper at the bottom hem.
Key features include a full front zip with pull tab and
windproof back flap. There are also 14cm zippered
cuffs on the sleeves that allow you to open up the
wrist for easy manuvering in and out of the jacket,
as well as adjustment of gloves. There is ample reflective piping on the back for visibility. The jacket has
three pockets with a fourth zipped compartment to
protect a phone or MP3 player. An added bonus is
that we’ve designed the jacket so that the rider can
route headphone wires up through the jacket on
the inside. It’s a unique and subtle feature that you
won’t want to be without. Available in sizes S-3XL.

Forma™ Light Weight Jacket
Forma™ Light Weight Jacket
The Forma™ Light Weight jacket is a brand new
option in Body Clone winter apparel. Probably the
most versatile piece in the category, the Light Weight
jacket is appropriate for a wide range of temperatures.
Depending on your personal preference and the
range of temperatures on your particular ride, the
Light Weight jacket can be worn with just a base
layer to block wind on a crisp day. Or in colder
weather, pair the jacket with the Forma Long Sleeve
jersey for more protection.
Constructed with the outer layer of our Activa Plus GTB
fabric, but without the innermost fleece layer, the Light
Weight jacket has premium wind-blocking power without additional insulation. The Meryl Actisystem
has a titanium treatment, which increases UV protection. Unlike most stiff wind-blocking materials,
the fabric on this jacket stays true to our goal with
all Body Clone garments. It provides excellent
protection from wind, yet retains elasticity to bend
and conform to body movements. The jacket feels
custom fitted and still keeps the wind at bay.
The jacket has flat-stitched seams all around and a
full CamLock™ zipper in front for easy adjustment on
the bike. The Giordana logos are reflective, as is the
zipper on the fourth cargo pocket in back. The cuffs
and waist are trimmed in soft elastic to comfortably

Forma™ Long Sleeve Jersey
This long sleeve Forma jersey shares many of the
same attributes that make our short sleeve version
so popular. We use a winter weight Moovix HD fabric
for colder temperatures. The material is made with
a hollow microfiber yarn that increases insulation,
without adding weight and willingly conforms to your
body. While most Lycra fabrics stretch only four ways,
Moovix HD has a honeycomb structure that allows
the fabric to stretch in all directions, even on the bias,
so that the garment moves with your body, cloning
every motion. The result is unparalleled comfort and
a fit that feels like it was tailored specifically for you.
Instead of using panels of thick fabrics or bulky
materials for warmth, we let Moovix HD do its job
to keep you insulated from the cold by utilizing your
own body heat. There are no stiff or cumbersome
areas to restrict motion. This jersey will keep you
warm with considerably less volume of fabric, which
makes for more freedom of movement on your ride.
At the waist, the jersey has a gripper elastic band
to hold it in place. There is plenty of reflectivity for
visibility on the front and back in the form of both
piping and logos. In the front there is a 25cm invisible zipper. The back has three pockets with a fourth
zippered compartment with pull tab. Of course the
seams are flat-stitched.
The Forma Long Sleeve Jersey can be worn alone in
temperatures from the mid-40s to 60, or layered with
a vest or jacket for colder days. Sizes S-3XL.

Silverline™ Jacket
The Silverline™ winter jacket offers a multitude
of features and benefits. It has a more generous
cut, which makes it a natural top layer. The front
panels are made of waterproof, windproof WindTex®
material. Soft micropile on the inside keeps you warm
and comfortable. There are breathable Roubaix™
panels on the back, sides and under the sleeves,
which allow the garment to follow body contours for a
close fit. The full front zipper incorporates a pull tab for
easy operation while wearing gloves and is backed by
an interior wind flap to block wind and rain. An extra
tall collar keeps elements from entering at the
neck. The cuffs fit snugly to seal out wind. Elastic at
the waist keeps the jacket in place during the ride.
There are three deep rear cargo pockets for whatever
you need to have handy on the ride. Reflective piping
along the top of the pockets as well as a reflective
Giordana logo on the center back pocket help to ensure you’re visible. The longer tail in the back protects
from tire spray in wet conditions. Recommended for
temperatures from 35-50ºF. Sizes S-3XL

Silverline™ Windfront Tights
Silverline™ Windfront Tights
We’ve added to the Silverline Tights offerings with
two new windfront options for even stronger weather
protection. The Silverline Tights evolved from popular
Giordana® collections of years past. They are available
in an array of styles to suit any rider’s preference.
All are made of the ultimate winter material, Super
Roubaix,™ which has a brushed inner pile surface for
exceptional comfort. It provides thermal insulation,
but is breathable so it wicks moisture away when you
sweat to keep you dry and toasty for the duration of
the ride. Flat seams in contrasting silver follow the
contours in the lower body to target muscle groups.
These Windfront Tights feature panels of wind-blocking
material on the front of the thighs for heavy duty protection. They have zippered ankles for easy maneuvering.
There is reflective piping as well as reflective logos for
enhanced visibility.
The tights are sold without an insert and are intended
for wear over your shorts. Choose between the sport or
bib tight styles. Windfront Tights are recommended

Long Sleeve Team Jerseys
Giordana Professional Team garments are the
off ic i a l 2008 prints. These are not consumer
versions- they are genuine team issue, the same
the teams are riding in! The jerseys are constructed
of Thermosquare brushed microfiber fabric, which
has a quad knit construction to wick moisture quickly
away from the body. For warmth there is a thin layer
of fleece loft that insulates without trapping sweat. As
a result, your body temperature is regulated and you
stay warm and dry. There are three cargo pockets in

function. It’s still a great looking jacket with a true
Women’s Contour Fit.™
The main fabric, Activa Plus GTB, is a single material that is actually comprised of several layers. It

this season in the Women’s Silverline Tights nd Knickers. In developing these garments we set out to
create more options for women in the winter months
with essential features and great value in mind.
The Silverline Tights are made with the ultimate
winter material, Super Roubaix,™ which has a
brushed inner pile surface for exceptional comfort.
It provides thermal insulation, but is breathable so
it wicks moisture away when you sweat to keep you
warm and dry for the duration of the ride. The knickers
are made of Nilo fabric, a heavier weight lycra material
that’s superb for transitional seasons and indoor use.
All models have ample reflective piping and logos for
visibility. They feature our new roll top waistband that
can be adjusted to the rider’s comfortable height. The
tights have zippered ankles for ease in maneuvering
on and off. The knickers hit just above the calf to
protect the knee without full leg coverage.
Both the tights and knickers come with insert options.
Layer the tights without pad over your favorite shorts
for added warmth, or wear them alone with the
WMC-3 OF women’s specific insert. The knickers
with pad stand alone for crisp rides, while the version
with low profile MS mini pad is ideal for indoor cycling.
