Dan Grimm is an American singer/songwriter with three
recorded albums: Corvus Crow, Ventucky, and Average
Savage. His sound includes blending vintage guitar rock with
California country, folk, and progressive story telling. He
currently lives in Ojai, California and tours year-round with
emphasis in Utah, Nashville and the Ventura and Los Angeles
areas of California. In 2011, he shared the stage with music
legend Jonathan McEuen at the world-famous Buck Owen's
Crystal Palace.
Dan currently enjoys a Tuesday night residency at the world-famous Deer Lodge in Ojai, CA. Now that Dan has
finished recording his most recent album, Average Savage, he plans to schedule a CD release party in the summer
of 2014 (details TBA later).
Dan Grimm is a versatile and collaborative artist having shared the stage with some of the industry’s leading
players including Dwight Yoakum, Jesse Siebenberg of Supertramp, Lissie, Dave Palmer, Erik Kristiansen, Nick
St. Nicholas, Bob Glaub, Don Heffington, Jonathan McEuen, Neal Casal, and Jaime Wyatt. Although always
eager to play, Dan is looking forward to focusing more of his time on writing and licensing his songs.
Dan Grimm released his third album, Average Savage, on February 14, 2014. The album was produced by Jesse
Siebenberg, engineered by Jason Mariani, and assistant engineered by Justina Powell at Brotheryn Studios in
Ojai, CA. The album features some of the industry’s leading musicians including Neal Casal, Bob Glaub, Don
Heffington, Dave Palmer, Jesse Siebenberg, and Jaime Wyatt. Dan’s previous two self-produced albums Corvus
Crow and Ventucky were released in 2011 and 2012, respectively. All of Dan’s albums can be purchased online at
