Bandshell Concerts 2016
The Town of Saugeen Shores is excited to once again host the Sunday Bandshell Concert Series which takes
place at our Port Elgin Beach and Southampton Fairy Lake on Sunday evenings throughout the summer.
These outdoor concerts are very well attended by year-round residents, seasonal residents and visiting
tourists, and are greatly appreciated by individuals, families and our senior population. For many, these
concerts are what they remember most fondly about summers in Saugeen Shores.
Becoming a concert sponsor
As you are no doubt aware, providing events such as our bandshell entertainment comes at a cost. In order
to offset these costs, we depend on the support of community sponsors like you. Groups and organizations
can give the gift of music to the community by sponsoring a single bandshell concert at a cost of $400.00.
You may also share the sponsorship at a cost of $200.00 (tax included).
What your sponsorship includes
As a valued sponsor we offer you the following advertising benefits:

Flyer postings within our facilities

Flyer shared on Town of Saugeen Shores, Community Services social media accounts

Flyers will be sent to local schools in June

Ad in the local newspaper

Display may be set up at the concert location during sponsored concert time

Announcement on 98 The Beach Radio Station

Listing on Town of Saugeen Shores website

Sponsors will be forwarded to Chamber of Commerce for their coming events listing

Band performing will announce their sponsor throughout the evening
