HAVE A 72 HOUR CANCELLATION PERIOD. If you must cancel your reservations, it must be done 72 hours prior to departure of the cruise. If you fail to
cancel your reservation within that time, or if any member of your party fail to show without canceling the reservation, the reservation will be charged in
full. Prices and times are subject to change without notice. All passengers require a boarding pass obtained at gift shop. Infant rate is $2.60 for all cruises
except Fireworks, Murder Mystery Cruises. All meal cruises have pre-assigned seating. All prices include a 7% sales tax, and a $2.25 City/Port Charge. Fuel
surcharges will be added as needed. Minimum number of passengers needed for all cruises. Plan to arrive early enough to park and be aboard the Spirit
of Dubuque/Miss Dubuque prior to departure. Dubuque River Rides reserves the right to reschedule any cruise due to mechanical failure, inclement
weather or any other reason unforeseen at the time of booking .
