Installation manual
Rubber mats for walking areas,
milking parlours and waiting areas.
Requirements for installation: beton I asfalt
DURING THE INSTALLATION THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED.
• Optimal temperature for
installation 5-30 °C
• Store before
installation for 2-3 days in
temp. approximately 15 °C
Concrete min 10 cm
Use scraper System
adapted to Rubber floors according
to manufacturer.

Attention!
Do Not press the mats together
Put the mats loosely

The mats should be laid out on the floor and connected
with the „puzzle“ type locks. leaving about. 2 cm of space
from the walls and other restrictions of floor surface - Fig.
3.1 and 1 cm from the scraper guiding rail - Fig. 3.2

Adjusting the mat to the expected shape and attaching it to the
concrete base.
The mat can be cut to the required size and shape, the parts of
the „puzzle“ locks „ can be cut as well, - if the mat is adjacent to
the wall or other space restriction
of the floors of cowsheds - Fig. 3
In order to protect the mats against their possible
disconnection during use - e.g.; by the moving collector
of animal faeces or by a tractor used in the cowshed the mats should be additionally attached to a concrete
base in the manner presented in Fig. 4

It is possible to drive through the
mat on conditions:
• no abrupt steering actions, do
not steer while standing still
• slow accelaration and gentle
braking
Heavy vehicles may have negative
impact on the mats. If necessary
locks should be corrected.
