The sports car was available as a coupé and roadster and was based on components from Fiat. The Daina based on a shortened Fiat 1400 chassis. Under the hood sat either a Fiat engine with 1393 cc and 65 hp (model "sport") or a 1500 cc Fiat engine with 76 HP (model "Gran Sport"). Some Daina were delivered without engine, because customers own engines - would obstruct - especially Chrysler and Crosley. Despite the short production period, Daina made ??some racing success.
