Rodizio is a Brazilian dining tradition that celebrates variety and indulging in authentic
flavours. Prepare to slowly delight in the different tastes we have to offer!
The barbecue chefs of the evening will move through the restaurant with large
churarasco-style skewers full of different tender cuts-of-the-day. The chefs will slice
meat from the skewer directly onto your plate. When you are completely satisfied,
simply turn your card to its red side and display it on your table.

prepare it without seasoning. Served in thin
slices, and sprinkled lightly with sea salt.

Our pork ribs are first rolled in tapioca flour and
traditional spices, then slowly roasted to create
fall-off-the-bone tenderness.
Chicken Bacon Wraps

Our tender chicken breasts are traditionally
marinated, sliced and wrapped in hickory smoked
bacon for a delicious combination of flavours.
Parmesan Beef
Beef Parmigiano
Our inside round beef is seasoned with a traditional blend
of garlic and fresh herbs. We roast then roll the beef in
parmesan, placing it back on the grill to melt to perfection.
Lamb
Carneiro
A large cut of lamb is first marinated in olive oil, fresh
mint, garlic and white wine. After slowly roasting on
our barbecue, the lamb is served thinly sliced with
mouth-watering flavours in each bite.
Chicken Wings
Asa de Frango
Our chicken wings are spiced to perfection
and are slowly barbecued to reveal their rich
flavour. A great appetizer choice, or easily
enjoyed as a meal on its own.
Chicken Hearts
Coração de Frango
The perfect blend of garlic, parsley and olive oil is
generously coated to unlock the rich flavours of our
traditionally roasted chicken hearts.
