SYNOPSIS : Vijay, having grown up in the US, has no ideas of marriage and his policy is to enjoy his youth when possible. His father
(S.P.Balasubramaniam), distraught at his son's ways, wants to marry him off to make him more responsible. His insistence makes Vijay
agree to a marriage but with a condition - the marriage will be for a single year initially at the end of which he can choose to continue in it
or not depending on his attitude towards his wife. His father picks Simran, his PA, who agrees to the condition because of the problems
plaguing her family. Unmoved by her devotion to him, Vijay opts to get out of the marriage after the year is over. But realising her worth,
he wants her to come back but its Simran's turn to say no. Whether they unite is the climax.
SYNOPSIS : Ajith tries hard to become a music director for eight years. His family consisting of his father (Jaiganesh), brother
(Raghuvaran) and sister-in-law (Sitara) is fully supportive of him. He runs into Jyothika and their friendship soon blossoms into love. She
helps him get a foot in the door in the industry but bad luck spoils that chance too. Rest of the narration is all about the efforts he takes
and whether he becomes successful.

SYNOPSIS : Sarath, a lorry driver, who behind his stern, forbidding exterior, hides a lot of angst, carried over as a result of deprived
childhood, and a life spent in the juvenile home. Alienating himself from the society, he however displays a soft corner for Jayaram, his
lorry cleaner and only buddy in the world. Jayaram dies in an accident and Sarath decides to stay back in the village after his friend's
funeral to help out Jayaram's family. Sarath’s efforts to fulfill his friend's dream of building a house for his wife and daughter, and his
taking up the family's fight for survival on his shoulders, forms the rest of the story.
SYNOPSIS : Arjun, a medical representative on a trip out-of-station saves the life of tea estate owner Vineeth and earns his eternal
gratitude. Vineeth invites him home as his guest. Arjun learns that Vineeth is an unhappy man, being estranged from his wife Divya
Unni, who lives in the same house waiting for the divorce to come through. Arjun decides to do something about it. He regales the
couple with stories and anecdotes of his encounters with Sakshi, his happy marital life with her and their two kids. But of course it
doesn't cut much ice with the couple. Whether Arjun succeeds in uniting the couple is the climax.

SYNOPSIS : Sham is a real life rich guy. He has lots of money, but no relations to share it with. His friend Vivek has frittered away his
grandfather’s money. When his grandfather visits him he requests Sham’s help to pose as the owner of all those riches for the duration
of the grandfather's stay. The grandfather arrives with his five daughters in tow and Sham finds him constantly quarrelling with the
eldest daughter Trisha. Sham and Trisha finally fall in love. The rest of the drama has a twist in tale with Trisha's past and unfolds a new
character in the story leading to the climax.
SYNOPSIS : The story centres round Vikram, a blind street singer. He has a large family to support. His mother who is an asthma patient;
his acid-tongued father who is bed-ridden; his elder brother who sponges on his earnings; his elder sister harassed by her wastrel
husband; sister Lakshmi of marriageable age. Vikram's solace is his childhood sweet-heart Kaveri a mute, who plans to donate one of
her eyes so that Vikram can see again. Tragedy strikes the family with the arrival of the village bigwig Rajeev with his young companion
Dinesh. The rest of the story is about what problems Vikram face to survive.

SYNOPSIS : Mammootty gives up his bachelorhood when he meets Devayani the comely belle who he feels would fit well into his closelyknit family ambience. And she does. It is brother Murali's newly wed wife Ramba who makes many futile attempts to drive a wedge
between the brothers. Abbas, the educated one, falls in love with the local don's daughter Sneha. It is Mammootty's tact and sense again
that turns the vengeful don into Mammootty's admirer. Unscrupulous business partners and rivals, all fall by the wayside, as they try to
take on the might of the four brothers.
SYNOPSIS : Sarathkumar leads a life of anonymity in Pazhani, selling radios, tube lights and miscellaneous electronic items. His only aim
in life is to make his sister a collector. He falls for Namitha, who arrives to work in the post office and after toying with him a little bit, she
reveals her love for him too. When Sarathkumar refuses to testify against a murder committed before his eyes, Namitha accuses him of
being heartless and a coward. Only then does his sister reveal Sarathkumar's past as an army man who, along with his friend
‘Kalabhavan’ Mani, a policeman, fought injustice and earned the wrath of a wine shop owner Kota Srinivasa Rao. The rest of the story is
how Sarath avenges the antisocial elements.

SYNOPSIS : Sneha has come to Rameswaram to do research on some rocks (pavazha paaraigal) and runs into Arjun, the local rowdy.
Sensing a human being under the skin of the rowdy, she tries to reform him but Arjun mistakes her sympathy and attention to be love.
Circumstances separate them but Arjun is not about to forget her or let her go that easily. Climax is about whether Arjun succeeds.
SYNOPSIS : The movie starts with Vijay revealing, on a train journey from Pune to Chennai, that he just got out of jail after seven years.
His past is revealed in a flash back. He had been a singer, waiting for the big break. Simran hears his voice and becomes his fan. But Vijay
becomes responsible for her losing eyesight. He devotes himself to her. From then onwards he attends to her every need. Ignorant of his
identity, she respects and loves him. To get her eyesight back Vijay has to travel to Pune. On his way back, he is arrested after mistakenly
agreeing to look after the luggage (which turns out to contain ammunition) of another man. Back in the present, everything has changed
at the place he used to live. Having nowhere to go, he catches a glimpse of Simran, now the collector. He goes to meet her, leading to the
climax.

SYNOPSIS : Dhanush finds a job in Singapore through an agent and lands there with high hopes of earning and sending back to his
family, lots of money. Put up in cramped quarters, he gets into a fight with some Chinese immigrants there, resulting in one of them
getting killed. On his agent's advice, Dhanush goes on the run, having lost his passport earlier, taking up odd jobs to earn enough
money to get back to India. On the way, he is entrusted with the job of taking Aparna back to India, for which he is promised a big sum of
money. The rest of the story is about their trip back home.
SYNOPSIS : The movie opens with the blood-soaked bodies of Jeeva and his mother Saranya on the floor of their house. When the police
realise that Jeeva is in fact alive, he is arrested for the murder of his mother. The police commissioner (Rahman), not completely
convinced of Jeeva's guilt, begins investigating the murder. Murali, a policeman and Saranya's neighbour, becomes unwillingly involved
in the investigation since his daughter (Gazala) was in love with Jeeva while his son (Sakthi) was Jeeva's classmate. The rest of the
narration talks about the motive of the murder.

SYNOPSIS : This is a romantic story revolving around Karthik, Karan and Suvalakshmi. Karthik, the son of a millionaire Manivannan, does
not believe in love or the institution of marriage. He believes anything in this world has a price and can be bought. But he realises that
love can never be bought. Karan hailing from a middle class family works in Karthik's office. He has his own insecurities, but believes in
love and is looking forward to a suitable partner. Suvalakshmi, a young middle class girl believes in love, traditional values and strict
morals. How Suvalakshmi's entry brings about a sea change in the convictions of Karthik and Karan is all about Gokulathil Seethai.
SYNOPSIS : Vijay is the perfect human being - a youth who shines in every facet of life. But the same astrologer who predicted his
perfection has also predicted that his life will end when he is 27. Ignorant of this fact, Vijay lives his life enjoying every moment of it.
Meera Jasmine is his close friend while Amisha Patel, a photojournalist from Kerala, woos him. A land deal gone bad, brings Vijay face to
face with ‘Kalabhavan’ Mani. The end shows whether the fate strikes.

SYNOPSIS : Vijayakanth is a loyal servant in the house of Sarathbabu. His master in turn treats him as a member of the family and is also
willing to let him marry his granddaughter Flora, who loves him. Vijayakanth, unknown to the family, takes care of Laya, who is mentally
retarded. When the family comes to know about Laya, they ask Vijayakanth to explain his relationship with her but he refuses. As a
result, he is cut off from Sarathbabu's family and continues trying to cure Laya. When Laya is cured, her first shocking act towards
Vijayakanth brings into the open, his past as Gaja (Vijayakanth), a saviour of the people in Hyderabad.
SYNOPSIS : Simbu and Sonia Agarwal, who study in the same college, fall in love. While Simbu's father Rajkiran is a man who values
humanity over religion, Sonia Agarwal's father Nasser is a religious fanatic who refuses to step into a temple even to avoid getting wet in
a rain. Naturally, he is dead against the love affair when he learns of it. The rest of the story is about whether the lovers unite despite this
obstacle.

SYNOPSIS : Madhavan falls in love with Amoga at first sight. Amoga too likes him but being a believer in fate and destiny, she writes their
names and addresses on a 100 rupee note, turns it over to a waiter and disappears. If either of them lays his or her hands on the note,
they would be able to find the other person and it would mean they were destined to be together, is her argument. Once they separate,
Madhavan attempts to find her. Meanwhile, Pooja, sister of two dons, falls in love with Madhavan and wishes to wed him while Amoga
has her own suitor in the form of her uncle's son Guna. Climax is about whether the Madhavan-Amoga pair unites.
SYNOPSIS : Kasturi gets killed in a shootout and Vineeth becomes an outlaw. He is an expert in making bombs. He escapes by doing a
plastic surgery of his face. Suresh Menon is the new face of Vineeth after plastic surgery. Suresh Menon gets acquainted with Nasser and
his neighbour Revathi. Love blossoms between Revathi and Suresh. They get married and beget a son. Suresh joins the army. Their
grown up son resembles Vineeth. Junior Vineeth aspires to become a detective and wants to investigate the life of a thug. Ironically, he
selects Vineeth of the past. Things worsen when Suresh's past allies approach him to commit treason. Whether Junior Vineeth finds out
his father's dark past and whether Suresh commits the treason is a thriller.

SYNOPSIS : Prasanth's cozy, protected world with his mother, his sister-in-law, her two kids and a brother who works in Dubai is
shattered by some untoward incidents. A passive onlooker, with his aspirations set to follow his brother to Dubai, Prasanth soon finds
himself drawn into a confrontation with the local don Ashish Vidyarthi. Prasanth, to protect his family, has no other go, but to join the
rival gang of Nasser. But Prasanth’s brother on his return from Dubai is shocked to hear this and plans to take Prasanth back with him.
But using his money power and persuasion, he gets Prasanth out of the clutches of the police and Nasser, and prepares to take off. The
suspense is well maintained in the final scene, where Prasanth on his way to the airport is kept ignorant of his mother's murder by
Ashish Vidyarthi. But the best laid plans go awry, and Prasanth forces a final confrontation with Ashish Vidyarthi, the concluding scene a
fitting finale to the whole affair.

SYNOPSIS : Surya is the receptionist of a lodge and falls in love with his neighbour's daughter, Laila. He helps her family and her parents
accept him as Laila’s fiancé. There enters Ramji, who is a Manager in a big company and Laila's parents reverse their promise to Surya
and convince Laila to get married to Ramji. Sneha, who is the daughter of the new Manager of the lodge, falls in love with Surya. Laila’s
family is back in streets when Ramji shows his true colours. Surya goes out of the way and helps Laila to become a doctor. When she
becomes a doctor, she asks him to marry her and Surya's reply is a fitting climax.

SYNOPSIS : The misguided youth in Tamil Nadu, disillusioned by lack of jobs, are lured by Rahul Dev, who is using them as pawns in his
game to destabilise the country. Arjun, a police officer, gets to know this through the statement of a Tamil youth who was shot dead
while fleeing across the border to India. Kiran is in love with Arjun while Gayathri Raghuram, a petty thief, is able to give him a little help
since she inadvertently saw Rahul Dev having a meeting with some of the youth. Arjun gives shelter to Abbas, a bright young man
working as a waiter. The rest of the narration is about how Arjun fights out the extremists.
