Lust at First Sight - Jessie`s Girl
Dude, you gotta turn off the Atari, put on your
parachute pants, grab your Member's Only jacket,
jump into the Delorean and travel back to Fall
1984...
IS A TOTALLY BITCHIN' MOVIE!!!
Okay, here's the story…
Lust at First Sight
There's this radical dude, Dan, who just transferred to Westmont High. At first
everyone, like thinks he's a total spaz, but then he turns out to be like, pretty
cool, right? So this guy Dan is totally in love with this bodacious babe Heather,
who's even hotter than Madonna, I swear. But she's hooking up with this dude
named Jessie, who’s like in college and won't give Dan the time of day. And
Heather is totally in love - I mean, to the max - with Rick Springfield, who she
thinks is the most awesomest rock star on the planet…
An Offer He CAN’T Refuse!
So this guy Dan is at the mall in front of the Chess King and he asks Heather out and
she's like, "No way!" So then Dan goes, "What if I got you to meet Rick Springfield?"
And Heather's all like, "I'm so sure." But just to shut him up, she makes this deal you
wouldn't believe: She tells Dan she'll totally boff him if he introduces her to Rick
Springfield. What a rush! I mean, how's he ever gonna do that?!
The Time of Their Lives
So Dan and his buds freak out, like totally. They hatch this totally wicked plan to
blackmail Rick f*cking Springfield into playing their senior prom! I know — in your
dreams, right? But remember that dog Rick used to put all over his album covers?
Well, these dudes kidnap Rick's dog and totally try to blackmail him into jammin'
at the prom, bro! But does Rick play along? No WAY! He has a total cow and before
you know it, Dan and the rest of the dudes are hanging off balconies, running from
security guards, getting chased by cops and like totally turn the state of New Jersey
into maximum mayhem!
Well… What Happens?
In the end, do Dan and Heather hook up? Does Rick Get his dog back? Do the
guys, like, go to prison?
Hey don't ask me... READ THE ACTUAL SCRIPT! It's totally awesome!

Richard Schenkman
DIRECTOR / WRITER / PRODUCER
Richard Schenkman has spent the last decade writing, directing and producing feature films,
starting with The Pompatus of Love, which he wrote with Emmy Award Winner Jon Cryer and
Adam Oliensis. It premiered at the Hamptons Film Fest, and was released theatrically. He
then directed the action/drama October 22 for Nu Image/Millennium Films, and followed that
with Went to Coney Island on a Mission from God... Be Back by Five, his second collaboration
with Jon Cryer. It won numerous awards on the festival circuit, was theatrically released, and
successfully acquired by Blockbuster as an exclusive rental title. Later, he and Cryer set up
the sitcom pilot “Us and Them” at 20th Century Fox Television, and a romantic comedy at VH1. Schenkman wrote VH1’s
pilot for an original animated Elvis series, and crafted commercials and promos, most notably two award winning Mill
Valley Film Festival trailers. He also directed episodes of Dick Wolf’s Arrest and Trial.
Next he wrote and directed VH1’s original movie A Diva’s Christmas Carol, starring Vanessa Williams which was a
holiday ratings blockbuster and continues to air annually.
2007 saw the release of two new feature films: And Then Came Love, a romantic-comedy starring Vanessa Williams
and Eartha Kitt, and Jerome Bixby’s The Man From Earth, based on the final screenplay by the legendary sciencefiction author, which has won many awards and is still on the international festival circuit. He also served as a guest
faculty member of the LA Film School, teaching comedy directing via a production of “Fawlty Towers”.
Prior to his feature film career, Schenkman spent more than a decade in the corporate media world. He was one of the
original staffers at MTV: Music Television, creating distinctive and award-winning promos, network ID’s, marketing
videos and documentary programs.
All of Richard's films have received distribution from major studios including Warner, Starz, Paramount, Millennium,
Genius / Weinstein Co. and more. Every Richard Schenkman film has been completed at or under budget and his films
on average earn a 284% return on investment (in relation to the film's negative cost and does not count "Diva's
Christmas" because it’s a TV movie) which have made his films profitable for producers and distributors alike.
