The system which links various machines from the
DMC H range consists of three production lines. The
lines serve to pre-machine base plates and to pre-machine
and fine-machine engine blocks, including in-process
measurement.

The automatic loading and unloading process of the 10
NHX 5000 machines and workpiece clamping and transport
via adapter plates guarantee high process accuracy. The
result is a highly productive system with low personnel
requirements.
Flexible manufacturing cell for the complete machining
of gear shafts.
The cell consists of two NZX 2500 machines for external
turning and two CTV 250 machines for inside turning, as
well as an additional machine for gear cutting. This system
stands out for its high flexibility and seamless component
tracking.

The system combines six DMC 55 H duoBLOCK® machines
with a workpiece handling system (40 kg) and a washing
system. The workers freed up from three machines and flexible prioritisation allow for the machining of several components in parallel.
The four DMC 60 H linear machines with robotic loading
systems manufacture bearing housings for commercial
vehicles. As the machines are loaded by robots, they can
achieve a very high parts autonomy.
