A lightweight elastic polyamide, which is largely lint free, dries
quickly and is resistant to abrasion and deformation.

Leather
Two parts may be used for this comfortable and breathable
material; the grain, the outer part of the leather and the split.
The grain provides the glove with a good abrasion and tear
resistance. Split leather gloves are used for heavy handling and
offer a very good abrasion resistance.
Para-Aramid
Superior resistance to cut and abrasion, offering durability
and performance that far exceeds that of leather. The fibre
maintains high dexterity and offers excellent comfort.
HPPE
High Performance Polyethylene is supple, lightweight and
durable. It withstands cuts just as well as Para-Aramid, but is
harder wearing in relation to abrasion (ten times better than
steel wire). It maintains its properties when subjected to
bending, and can withstand chemicals, particularly solvents.
Glove coating performances
Polyurethane Elastomer is resistant to wear, abrasion, tearing,
harsh oils and chemicals and does not harden in the cold or
soften in the heat. It is microporous and provides the hand
with ventilation. Being very elastic, it adapts to all of the
hand’s measurements.
Nitrile
A non-slip synthetic polymer. It is supple and can withstand
abrasion and puncturing. It repels oils, greases, hydrocarbons
and is resistant to chemicals, particularly acids and nonketonic solvents.
Nitrile Foam
This coating material brings additional flexibility and
breathability to Nitrile. Excellent high grip properties.
Latex
Natural rubber that is supple, elastic, robust, highly resistant
to mechanical impacts and hazards, is waterproof and is
detergent safe and alcohol-safe.
PVC (Vinyl)
Impermeable polymer. The higher quality PVC used in
premium brands offers a very high level of chemical protection
and excellent strength even at -20°C.

Legislative information
All gloves must comply with EN 420 General
Requirements for Gloves. This standard includes tests for
glove dimensions, dexterity (minimum 0, maximum 5)
and allergens. Instructions for use must be enclosed with
every glove and must contain information about storage
and transport, cleaning, handling and disposal. Electrical
insulating and medical disposable gloves are exempt.

gloves are constructed on an anatomic profile
ensuring the exceptionally comfortable
liner creates a special glove for tasks

dexterity. With precision right down to the
fingertips, these gloves offer enhanced
accuracy and sensitivity, making them ideal for

By combining HPPE with glass fibre, both of which have a
high strength-to-weight ratio as well as nylon, outstanding
cut resistance is achieved without increasing the bulk or
weight. The specially sourced glass fibre is made from a
higher strength fibre than normal, producing enhanced
abrasion resistance and an increase of 40% in tensile
strength. Not only cut resistant, the highly breathable

STALSEN RAYZA5 SLEEVES
The Stalsen Rayza5 RX514 14” sleeve provides maximum cut protection
for arms without compromise on comfort.
It incorporates an elastic grip-top to eliminate slippage and a thumb hole to maintain position around
the palm of the hand. By combining HPPE with glass fibre, both of which have a high strength-to-weight
ratio as well as nylon, outstanding cut resistance is achieved without increasing the bulk or weight.
The specially sourced glass fibre is made from a higher strength fibre than normal, producing enhanced
abrasion resistance and an increase of 40% in tensile strength. Not only cut resistant, the highly
breathable material incorporates anti-bacterial and moisture-wicking properties that ensure the wearer
is protected in comfort all day, every day.
