The sale is held on behalf of Mr B.J. & Mrs P.M. Taylor who, after many years
farming, have decided to retire from dairy farming and have surrendered their
Tenancy of Lower Kerswell Farm. All the lots offered for sale are their
possessions and equipment, which they have collected over their time in farming.
Directions
From the "Higher Plymouth" Totnes to Avonwick Road turn left at Shorter Cross,
just after the solar array on your left, signposted Diptford & Moreleigh. Proceed
along this road for approximately a mile and the sale field will be found on your
left hand side on the brow of the hill.
To the Sale signs will direct you to the sale on Sale day.
Sale Information
The sale will be on Saturday 14th March 2015. The sale will commence at
11:00am.

Viewing only permitted from 8:00am on Sale day.
Buyers Premium
10% plus VAT @ 20% (per lot) subject to a maximum of £100 per lot (no
additional Buyers Premium over £1,000).
