The quickest way to integrate the different techniques
of modern vehicle treatment in the operation and amortization we not only operate as a system supplier, but
also provide the necessary software, namely the various
training seminars. Our German headquarters in Kiel provide these trainings at several locations throughout the
country. Here, the participants practice to work on a “live”
vehicle.
Each successful trainee will be certified. -- That will facilitate the future cooperation with insurance companies.

1. SMART-REPAIR
Training: SMART Repair
Duration: 1 or 2 days (Depending on system selection)
Vehicle reconditioniong is now more than “washing, vacuuming and polishing”. New standards define the market
situation standards, where the term “reconditioning” no
longer meets standards, which require intensive training
and the use of special tools is needed.
The course “smart-repairs” deals with various innovative
repair procedures on the vehicle:

(Linings / bumpers etc. incl. spot repair)
Painting
Odor removal
Fabric and leather repair
Dashboard repair ( holes, scratches etc.)
There is a theoretical introduction to deal with the various
repair systems. This also includes the damage management involving the conventional repair techniques.
Priority of course, the optimal “spots” of the repairs and
the practical exercises on various body parts.

Um schnellstmöglich professionell die verschiedenen
Techniken der modernen Fahrzeugaufbereitung in den
Betrieb integrieren zu können und eine Amortisation zu
erreichen, verstehen wir uns nicht nur als Systemlieferant, sondern bieten auch die notwendige Software an,
nämlich die verschiedenen Schulungsseminare. Diese
werden neben unserer deutschen Systemzentrale in Kiel
an mehreren Orten im gesamten Bundesgebiet angeboten. Hier wird der Teilnehmer praxisgerecht an die Arbeit
am Fahrzeug herangeführt.
Jeder erfolgreiche Absolvent wird zertifiziert. – das erleichtert die zukünftige Zusammenarbeit mit Versicherungen.
Auf Wunsch könne auch Schulungsseminare vor Ort
durchgeführt werden (in-house-trainings)* Mind. 4 Teilnehmer.
1. „SMART-REPAIRS“
1 oder 2 -TÄGIG
(Abhängig von Systemauswahl)
Fahrzeugaufbereitung ist heute mehr als „Waschen,
Saugen und Polieren“. Neue Standards bestimmen die
Marktsituation- Standards, denen der Begriff „Aufbereitung“ nicht mehr gerecht wird, Standards, die eine umfangreiche Ausbildung voraussetzen und den Einsatz
spezieller Werkzeuge fordern.
Der Lehrgang „smart-repairs“ beschäftigt sich mit verschiedenen innovativen Instandsetzungsverfahren am
Fahrzeug:
- Windschutzscheibenreparatur(Steinschläge)
- Kunststoffreparatur innen / außen
(Verkleidungen / Stoßfänger etc. inkl. Beilackierung)
- Lackaufbereitung
- Geruchsneutralisation
- Polster- Lederreparatur
- Armaturenbrettreparatur ( Bohrungen, Kratzer etc. )
Es erfolgt eine theoretische Einführung in den Umgang
mit den verschiedenen Reparatursystemen. Ebenso gehört das Schadensmanagement unter Einbeziehung der
konventionellen Instandsetzung zum Schulungsinhalt.
Priorität haben natürlich für die optimale Vermittlung der
Instandsetzungen die praktischen Übungen an verschiedenen Fahrzeugteilen.

2. PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR (PDR)
Training: Paintless Dent Repair
Duration: 3 days
This seminar will be in 3-day form. Here, the participants
practice to work on the vehicle. The maximum number
of participants is 6 persons. Like this we ensure the optimum success.
Day 1
In the morning we welcome you to our training facility.
The participant will get an explanation about this topic
and the training course flow. Into the noontime the theoretical part is treated:
•
Explanation of the PDR procedure
•
“Reading” of the light reflection
•
The usage of the different tools levering techniques“
•
Damage evaluation and management
After a lunch, where we can discuss the treated techniques so far, we change to the practical part into our
workshop areas. Here the first practical basic exercises
are accomplished (work with the light reflection). At the
end of this first day the trainee is able to locate the tip of
the tool using the light reflection. At 17.00 PM the first
day will be ended.
Day 2
We will go deeper into the practised techniques we did
the day before and deal with different kinds of dents on
free surface (horizontal/vertically). Here already different
tools are used, so that the participant can experience the
variety of the tools.
At the end of the second day the participant is able to
remove small and simply formed dents.
Day 3
During this day the exercises starts on dents in parts
which are difficult to reach: reinforced parts, doors,
etc. How other accesories can be used, how can I get
to dents with difficult acces. The trainer provides the
trainees with “tips and tricks” and prepares them for the
future work on the customer vehicle. Demonstrations at
the vehicle follow.
Finally calculation and marketing examples will be explained to the trainee. We end the training with a final
discussion.
2. LACKSCHADENFREIE AUSBEULTECHNIK
( ENTFERNUNG VON DELLEN OHNE LACKSCHADEN) 3-TÄGIG
Dieses Seminar wird in 3-tägiger Form angeboten. Hier
wird der Teilnehmer praxisgerecht an die Arbeit am Fahrzeug herangeführt. Die maximale Teilnehmerzahl beträgt
6 Personen. So gewährleisten wir den optimalen Erfolg.
1. Tag: Wir begrüßen Sie morgens an unserem jeweiligen Schulungsort. Der Teilnehmer wird an die Thematik
herangeführt und in den Schulungsablaufplan involviert.
Bis in die Mittagsstunden wird der theoretische Teil behandelt:
- Erläuterung des Ausbeulverfahrens
- Die Lichtreflektion
- Der Einsatz der verschiedenen Werkzeuge - „Hebellehre“
- Schadensbeurteilung und Management
Nach einem gemeinsamen Imbiss, bei dem wir Fragen
zum bisher Vermittelten erörtern, gehen wir zum praktischen Teil in unseren Werkstatträumen über. Hier werden die ersten praktischen Grundübungen durchgeführt
( Arbeiten mit der Lichtreflektion ). Ende des ersten Tages kann der Teilnehmer bereits mit Hilfe der Lichtreflektion die Hebelspitze lokalisieren. Gegen 17.00h beenden
wir den ersten Tag.
2. Tag: Wir vertiefen die Übungen des Vortages und gehen auf unterschiedliche Dellenarten auf freier Fläche
(horizontal / vertikal) ein. Hierbei kommen bereits verschiedene Ausbeulhebel zum Einsatz, so dass der Teilnehmer die Vielzahl der Ausbeulhebel zuordnen kann.
Ende des zweiten Tages kann der Teilnehmer bereits
einfach geformte Dellen entfernen.
3. Tag: Jetzt geht es an die Detailübungen: Traversen,
Sicken, Türbereiche usw. Wie werden weitere Hilfsmittel genutzt, wie erreiche ich die Delle bei schwerem Zugang. Der Trainer vermittelt hilfreiche Tricks und bereitet
den Teilnehmer auf die zukünftige Arbeit am Kundenfahrzeug vor. Es folgen Demonstrationen am Fahrzeug.
Abschließend werden dem Teilnehmer Kalkulations- und
Marketingbeispiele überlassen. Wir beenden die Schulung mit einem Abschlussgespräch.
3. SPOT-REPAIR

- Einbringen der verschiedenen Spachtel- und Füllstoffe
- Randzonen-Bearbeitung und Schleifen, Finishing
- Vorgehensweise an Eckbereichen, Vorsprüngen, Sicken etc.
- Einsatz der Profilschienen des Upgrade-Systems
