Project Description
NARDI Construction, Inc. was awarded contracts to
develop site work and base buildings for Blocks I, II,
III, IV and V at Smoketown Station. The 54 acres of site
supported 482,000 square feet of retail strip built by
NARDI. In addition, NARDI completed the tenant fit up for
the following tenants:

Clopper Mill Shopping Center

Project Description
This project, valued at almost $7 Million, included site improvements
and a 125,000 square foot retail strip center located in Germantown,
Maryland. Clopper Mill Village Center is anchored by a Shoppers
Food Warehouse and CVS/pharmacy and includes various in-line
retail spaces. NARDI Construction, Inc. served as a design build
contractor for all the in-line retail spaces. Ground breaking for this
project was early November 1994, and the grand opening occurred in
September 1995.
BWI Concessions

Project Description
Part of a multi-million dollar expansion and renovation of
Concourses A and B at BWI Airport. Villa Pizza is part of
the newly built Concourse A, and Quiznos Sub is found
in the large food court at the center of the A/B complex.
Opening occurred in September 2005.

Project Description
NARDI Construction, Inc. completed a 600,000 square foot regional mall
renovation and expansion in the Tri-Cities area of eastern Tennessee.
This project was complicated by the fact that the mall was originally
constructed in phases. NARDI serving as the Construction Manager
played a key role in the negotiation of the construction loan and also
provided tenant coordination services and support to the developer’s
leasing staff. NARDI’s scope of work for this project included the
complete refurbishing of the common areas, installation of a new elevator
and escalators, the addition of a new 70,000 square foot anchor store,
a new food court and all associated site work. All of this work was
performed while keeping the existing tenants open for business.

NARDI has completed numerous Shoppers Food Warehouses. Some locations
include Clinton, MD, Takoma Park, MD, Sterling, VA, Coventry, MD, Springfield,
VA, Germantown, MD, and Dale City, VA.
China Regency Restaurant

Project Description
China Regency was a high end restaurant with handcrafted oriental mill
work and stone carvings. A full kitchen was constructed to service 250
seated costumers along with a full bar and lounge area. The project
was completed under a design build format with many design concept
revisions completed through out the construction process. Despite the
complicated structural components and design revisions, the completion
date and budget were still met and the owner was delighted with the final
outcome.
