Amici’s Cucina Hosts the Chamber Business After Hours on November 18 Amici’s Cucina will be hosting the Business After Hours for the MidMaine Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, November 18th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. The Carpinito family opened Amici’s doors in December of 2010 and is quickly approaching its 5th anniversary. And, when we say family, we mean family. Mary Carpinito heads the front of house operation which guarantees good service and a wellthemed dining area, which changes with the season and only seems to improve over time. Her husband Angelo is the chef and directs the menu and guards long time family recipes. Their daughter Shannon focuses on the libations, creating craft drinks with a variety of alcohol. Of course, they have an excellent wine list featuring many Italian wines and also feature Italian beers that are unique to the area. The dinner menu features a variety of Italian dishes including Veal or Chicken Saltimbocca, Marsalas and Parmesan. Also, the designer pasta allows you create your own dish, letting you select your favorite pasta and sauce, then top it with your choice of meat or seafood. All chamber members and guests are invited to visit Amici’s on Wednesday, November 18th and enjoy some complimentary appetizers and also imbibe on some fantastic libations. • Fair field • Hinckley • Oakland Participating Members Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce Gift Certificates If you’re a Chamber member and would like to participate in our gift certificate program, call us today.
