The ophthalmologists Prof. Dr. Thomas Neuhann and Collegues have had their medical
practice in Munich since 1982 - continuing the business of Dr. Wilhelm Neuhann. Currently
there are working nine ophthalmologists as partners and five assistant physicians.

In our ophthalmologic practice we offer our entire range of diagnostics and conservative
(i.e. non-surgical) therapy. We are al ways offering state-of-the-art methods in ophthalmologic

In the adc1 - AugenDiagnosticCenter-Munich currently 26 ophthalmologists are together
using the institution that we established. Here, the complete diagnostic range for the early

Diagnostics of strabismus and apraxia of the eyes
>> Surgery:
Our surgical centre is located in the Rotkreuz-Krankenhaus (Red-Cross Hospital) in Munich.
A generous and comfortable environment for ambulant surgeries was created here; for our
in-patient customers we have our special ophthalmological department at the hospital
managed by Prof. Neuhann and attended to by our doctors.
For the special field of refractive surgery we have set up our alz augenklinik (alz eye clinic),
the Eye Laser Centre at the Stachus, managed b y Prof. Neuhann. Augen La ser Zentrum am
Stachus, unter der Leitung von Prof. This centre has specialised in the surgical correction of

Corneal Transplants
The Corneal Transplant Bank Munich - a non-profit GmbH - was founded by Prof. Neuhann
as the first institution of this kind in Germany in 1991. From here corneal transplants from all
