We hope you experience the touch of God
on your life today. Our church service
includes elements of Pentecostal worship,
such as contemporary music, hand-clapping,
vocal expressions of praise, quiet moments
of waiting on God, Biblical preaching, prayer,
and more.
Childlren that are in SK to Grade 5 are
dismissed during the Worship Service to our
“PowerKidz” ministry. The children will be
rotated through the PowerKidz Lesson, Snack
and Craft stations while the adults enjoy the
worship service and sermon. Also in the
Children’s Wing, there is a Nursery for
newborns to 2 yrs and a Toddlers Room for
ages 2 to 4.

Who wants to meet at the Surf Shack???
I hope you’re planning to join us for four
glorious days of fun at Surf Shack VBS! This
year’s excitement is planned for August 2—5,
and if nothing else, please help us out by taking
time to pray for the kids and leaders who will
participate…..this is one of our favourite ways
to connect with our community!!!
On a personal note, I have planned some vacation
time from August 15th to 29th. Filling in on
Sundays will be Dean Holtz (Aug 21) and Pastor
Sean (Aug 28). Dean has been attending LCC for
a little over a year, and is in high demand
preaching and leading worship in other area
congregations…..and I assume that you know
Pastor Sean!!! Please throw out a few “AMENS”
to encourage these guys!!!
