The TCP Property Management
celebrated the 45th anniversary of
Earth Day. Featuring a Sustainability
quiz, interactive display booths, a bike
workshop in collaboration with Cycle
Toronto, Community Clean Up of the
Barbara Anne Scott Park, and exciting
daily prizes. We would like to thank
all our tenants who came out each
day and showed their support for
a greener tomorrow!

consume energy. However, even
when devices are turned off, they
may still be consuming energy.
This is referred to as the
“phantom load”.

Unplug these devices and
eliminate wasted energy!

We welcome our tenants to join us for
some delicious treats as we host our
Annual Tenant Appreciation Summer
BBQ, located in the Courtyard on July
9th from 12pm-2pm. Management
will distribute vouchers in advance to
tenants for a choice of hamburger,
hot dog and ice cream to enjoy in
