3. P RODUCT DETAILS OF CLAIMED ITEM: Each qualifying participant
will receive one Hot Wheels™ 1:64 Gold Car diecast.
12. P RODUCT DETAILS OF CLAIMED ITEM: The winner will receive a Hot Wheels™ Mega
Garage.

• Participants
must purchase five Hot Wheels™ 1:64 diecast cars.
This can include the following items: single packs and/or any
multipack (a multipack will count as the total quantity of cars
included eg. 5, 9 and 10 pack) excluding Hot Wheels™ diecast
specials (eg. Hot Wheels™ Star Wars, Batman, Spiderman,
Avengers diecast). Cars that come with tracks and playset items are
not valid for the promotion.
• Participants must register online at www.hotwheels.co.uk and provide the following
information: parent/guardian name, surname, email address, country, child name, child
surname, child age and child email.
• In order to redeem the Gold Car, proof of purchase of all 5 cars, the
participant’s name and return address should be posted to Hot
Wheels™ Gold Car Offer, PO Box 5, Braford-on-Avon, Wilts, BA15 2NZ.
• P roof of purchase is the original barcode(s) from the Hot Wheels™
1:64 diecast cars.
5. A
ll redemptions must be submitted by post. There are no alternative
forms of entry.
6. T he Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost postal redemptions
or for any redemptions that are undelivered for any reason.
7. R edemption entries will be fulfilled subject to stock, whilst stocks
last. 3000 cars are available to give away. Once all the stock
has been redeemed the Promoter reserves the right to end the
promotions and will not fulfill any further entries.
8. T he promoter is unable to return the barcodes to participants of the
My Epic Collection promotion.
9. E ntries can only be made via post to Hot Wheels ® My Epic
Collection, PO Box 5, Braford-on-Avon, Wilts, BA15 2NZ.
10. P roof of purchase is required in order to claim the Gold Car.
11. O
nly one Gold Car redemption can be made per household. Any
other redemptions made from the same address will not be
honoured.
• Participants may then enter the ‘Epic Collection’ section of the website and upload an
image of their Hot Wheels™ Epic Collection.
14. A
ll of the images uploaded will be verified before being published in the gallery. The
validation process will take a maximum of 15 calendar days.
15. B y submitting an image to the promotion and the gallery, the participant grants the
Promoter full ownership of all entries as well as full discretion and editorial control of
the use of all such entries.
16. O
nce the Epic Collection images have been validated, they will be published on the
website gallery and entries can receive votes. In order to vote, a user is not required
to be registered. Users are allowed to vote a maximum of 5 times per IP address per
day for all entries.
17. Voting period will run until 31st July 2016, when voting will be closed. The top 10 most
voted will become finalists and will be announced on the page and emailed directly.
18. A panel of juries will then select the winner from the top 10 finalists based on the most epic.
19. The Promoter will contact the prize winner by emailing their parent or guardian. The
parent or guardian must reply to the Promoter within 10 working days, providing their
full address in order to confirm the winner’s identity. If this time period expires and the
Promoter has not received a response containing their full address, the prize will be null
and void.
20. O
nce the winner has been confirmed, the Promoter is authorised to advertise the
results of the competition using the winner’s forename, surname or their username.
Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and photographs of the
prize winner and companions may be requested for use by the Promoter for publicity
purposes. The winner’s photographs, audio and/or visual recording may also be used.
The prize will be issued in the name of the parent or guardian and sent by registered mail.
ITEM DELIVERY
21. Please allow up to 60 days for delivery of physical items.
22. No cash or other alternative products are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute
similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
23.The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this promotion(s) whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control. Participants
cannot undertake any type of legal action against the Promoter for any reason resulting from the subsequent use of the prize or its incorrect use.
DATA PROTECTION
24.Participants’ personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The Promoter will only use the personal details

25.The terms and conditions of this promotion will be interpreted on the basis of English law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

ELIGIBILITY
1. Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of
Ireland. Employees and their immediate families of Mattel UK (the
“Promoter”), its agents, third parties, and anyone else professionally
connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which
it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it
reasonably believes had interfered with the fair running for this promotion.
