While the benefits of having the world literally at your fingertips are numerous, the flipside has been ever-increasing stress and associated problems, such as depression and anxiety, resulting from constantly being “connected” to everyone and everything. This workshop will explore the impact of technology on mental health, and examine how to utilize mindfulness principles to find a balance between our digital lives and our emotional well-being.
