If you have a complaint If you have a complaint during your holiday please inform in the first instance the supplier of the service and then inform the driver/courier or representa ve who will do his/her utmost to resolve the problem immediately. If the ma er cannot be put right on the spot you must no fy us in wri ng within 14 days of the comple on of your holiday. Failure to establish your complaint immediately in accordance with the above procedure may affect the outcome of it. 3. Statutory Authori es This holiday is offered subject to the applicable acts of parliament and government regula ons and the company reserves the right to modify i neraries to confirm with requests from the competent authori es in the United Kingdom and any other sovereign states through which the holiday runs. 4. Full cancella on charges will apply and the company will be under no obliga on for any refund, compensa on or loss which you may incur.
