The film was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize in the 2007 Sundance Film Festival and was sold to Image Entertainment. Henrie was the Executive Producer/Investor of the successful comedy franchise National Lampoon’s Dorm Daze, distributed by MGM. He is a founding member of Namwest LLC, a full service real estate development company exceeding $250 million in assets with three divisions- residential, commercial/mixed-use and hospitality. Prior to that, he managed several real estate development companies and APRIL 2013 PAGE 6 2013 PRESS KIT About us BILLY SORRENTINO DEVELOPMENT / BUSINESS ANALYST Billy Sorrentino is a Development Executive and Business Analyst for Oxymoron Entertainment, Inc. Sorrentino assists Christopher Mallick in financial matters and business structures of film and television projects, assists with the development process and works closely with the marketing department creating promotional campaigns for Oxymoron and its various TV and film properties. Sorrentino advises in determining the needs of the company, including the company’s strategic direction and identifying initiatives that will allow Oxymoron to meet those strategic goals. Sorrentino’s focus is on maintaining the business architecture, conducting feasibility studies, identifying new business opportunities and conducting risk assessment for the company. Sorrentino attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with a BS in International Business and Business Management. He then earned his MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Texas, where he was awarded first place in the Stocktrak.com Competition for Corporate Finance. After graduating from college, he served as Co-Founder and President of real estate & financial services firm The Prime Financial Group, Inc. in Daytona Beach, Florida. As the branch owner, principal and broker, his company dealt with financial services, real estate development, real estate loans and broker services, where he monitored all of the branch’s operations and ensured that company operated at maximum capacity. Chavana is responsible for leading the strategic development, planning, coordination and execution of all activities related to marketing film and television projects for the company. His creativity and passion for success allow him to think outside the box and develop new ideas and find innovative outlets to market and advertise products. He works together with the marketing team conducting research and analysis to determine the core audience, industry trends, competition and outsourcing opportunities to build business plans and press kits. Before joining Oxymoron, Chavana worked as sales and marketing manager for One Star Media, Inc. He managed all VIP customer accounts and worked to improve the application inflow processes. He consistently strives for excellence by focusing on new and innovative ways to challenge his colleagues and himself. His ability to work closely with the technology, auditing, legal and support groups provided him with experience in multiple areas of the company’s operating needs. Kamarad works with the marketing team to design, implement, manage and budget all marketing plans for the company. Her areas of knowledge include: online marketing, branding, market research, market planning, social media, and product marketing. Before joining the team at Oxymoron, Kamarad attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated with a BS in Marketing. While attending FAU she worked as a lead sales associate for Ritchie Swimwear, traveling around the US, attending various tradeshows to promote and sell the swimwear line. After graduating she was hired to work in Marketing and Sales for Christopher Mallick at Paycom, one of the first third party payment Internet companies. During the 6 years she was with the company she worked on the creation of all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the company. She assisted in the recruitment of new business as well as maintaining existing client relationships. With over 22 years of production accounting experience in film, television, cable, and visual effects, she has gained a thorough working knowledge of the film making processes and is able to prioritize jobs effectively within a fast-paced environment. She has handled various positions within these departments and has worked with most of the major studios, including: Walt Disney Company, Sony Pictures, Twentieth Century Fox, Universal, and Paramount. She has also has experience in working with many independent production companies such as, Odd Lot Entertainment, Lionsgate, and Miramax. Jusi’s work experience has given her the knowledge necessary to step into a production accounting situation and resolve any issues that previously existed. She has worked with a multitude of states, in terms of incentives and rebates, and varied union and non-union requirements. Jusi’s success within the film industry is due to her APRIL 2013 PAGE 10 2013 PRESS KIT About us GRACE DEL VAL IN HOUSE PRODUCTION COUNSEL Grace Del Val is Oxymoron's in house production counsel. She represents Oxymoron in all of its projects and throughout all facets of production. In addition Del Val is an associate at the law firm, Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson. Her practice is primarily comprised of transactional entertainment matters and corporate/business matters for Oxymoron. Del Val received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from New York University. She is licensed to practice in California and New York and is a member of the Los Angeles Country Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Prior to joining AGMB, Ms. Del Val was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom’s New York office where she practiced in the Intellectual Property and Technology transactional group.
