a 30-acre water theme
park including boundary
and topographic surveys, special Permit aPplication and supPort, a
preliminary architectural
study of all site suPPort
buildings, a preliminarY
water/wastewater investigation and a preliminary site plan.

Park in Riverhead, NY. Cleary began working with H2M
in 1989, when he was in the initial planning stages for
the park. Since then, he has turned to H2M for its architectural, engineering, surveying, and laboratory services,

The scope of the work
included design and
construction documents of
ticket booths, administrative buildings gift shoP,
locker pavilions and changing rooms, bathrooms, concession services and main
filter building.
