now the FISU World University Championship is here!
We’re all looking forward to the games today where your
talent and sportsmanship will be showcased. Everyone
here and around the world will be watching as you all
compete for the title. Don’t forget, today’s games are
being livestreamed by our media partner
Vamous Deportes and through their app your family and
friends can watch the game, post comments and photos

Honored guests, fans and volunteers all looked on yesterday as teams from
8 Nations took the court at the 2nd FISU World University Netball Championships.

Starting Wednesday, ice baths will be
available at the Fernandez Family Center
gymnasium. Reservations are to be made
at the Concierge Desk in the gym. Priority
will be given to teams immediately after
their game.
Cost—$50 for 45 minutes.
Ice bags can be delivered directly to your
locker room after the game or to your
room. Simply leave a deposit in the
amount of $50 or $100 with the concierge.
Each time a member of your team requests
an ice bag, the cost will be deducted from
your deposit. Your Attaché can
coordinate this service with your team.
ACCREDITATION BADGES AND CREDENTIALS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM. NO ACCESS TO THE STADIUM WITHOUT YOUR BADGE.

There are no guarantees of personal safety in any environment. It is incumbent upon each individual to safeguard him/

Walk with a friend whenever possible or request an escort from Security when you leave.
Be aware of your surroundings — whether it is day or night.
Avoid dark, vacant or deserted areas. Use well-traveled routes.
Trust your instincts. If you feel uneasy, get away. If you feel you are being followed, move to a well-lighted and populated area or building and call for assistance.
Call Security if you see or hear anything suspicious.
Tell a friend, colleague or Security where you are and when you plan to leave.
You have to get permission from your Chaperone or Security before leaving - and you should sign in and sign out.
