Property Move In/Out
Treasures can pack-up and move an
entire household or just one room.
The IRS requires a Fair Market Value Appraisal by a certified appraiser for donations
over five thousand dollars. The 8283 IRS form must be signed by the appraiser and
the charity in order to deduct the personal property as a non-cash charitable
donation. The Treasures staff of appraisers are members of the International Society
of Appraisers and USPAP certified.
