GMD Peng Mendoza helps others in her community.
Inspirational Caring Motivated.
These are just a few words to describe Ofelia “Peng” Mendoza.
The modest Filipino Global Marketing Director not only runs a successful business,
but is actively involved in charity work within her community.
“When I was a child, my parents instilled in us (my siblings and I), that we should
always be generous to others because we were so fortunate,” she said.
As for her future, Peng does not intend to
slow down – or retire - anytime soon. “My
goal is to have a minimum of 20 GMDs in my
organization,” she said. “I have no plans of
fully retiring and will continue to share the

I can.” Her advice to those just starting out is
simple.

happens. Be teachable, and always pray
