proceeds from the sale of these beautiful cards. When ordering
your cards please stipulate which charity you would like the
donation made to.

Personalize your greeting on the front of the card
Many designs in the album may have text added to the front of the card or existing text customized in
order to personalize the card to your company. The greetings on the front are completely customizable
in colour and font style. We also offer variable print enabling a unique message for each recipient of
the cards. Provide a list of names and each card can be personalized to greet that specific person or
company. Look for this symbol to find eligible cards.
Add your logo on the front of the card
Brand recognition is always a good thing. Add your logo to the front of the card allowing everyone
to know who the card is from at a glance. Many cards have specific locations for a logo to be placed
while others may be customized to your liking. Look for this symbol to find eligible cards.
Go with the Green Option
Choosing a Green Option card reminds your customers that you care about the environment and that
you are socially responsible. Our Green Option card stock is FSC certified and produced from 100%
PCW. When choosing this option, the Green Option symbol is added to the back of the card letting
everyone know that it is environmentally friendly. All cards in our collection on pages 2-15 have
this option available.
Foiled and Embossed Cards
We have included more foiled and embossed cards in the album this year. However, it is not
always easy to identify them in a picture. Find this symbol to know which cards are foiled
and embossed.
Please note that all foiled and embossed cards are not customizable on the front or back of the
card and that a maximum of 2 colours may be printed on the inside of the card.

Important Ordering Information
Please follow these instructions carefully. It will avoid unnecessary mistakes and help us to serve you.
ORDER FORM
• Orders should be faxed or emailed – confirmations by mail must say “confirmation”.
You will be charged for duplication of orders not clearly marked with “confirmation”.
• We do not confirm pricing before processing as all our prices are clearly marked.
• Important: Please have your customer select a second choice of card.
CANCELLATIONS
• Once your order has been placed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes in the imprint copy.
This includes orders specifying a future delivery date.
SHIPPING
• Fill out the “Ship To” with the final shipping destination including complete address, contact person
and phone number.
• Please provide your own shipping company and account numer, otherwise it will be shipped ground prepaid. (This shipping charge
will be added to your invoice)
• Important: After November 30, all orders are shipped by air unless stated otherwise.
• For more than one shipping location - see extra charges.
** We will not be responsible for late or lost shipments once the job has left our plant.**
IMPRINTING
• Type or Print clearly the name to be imprinted on the cards, including capital or upper and lower
case letters.
• Separate each word by a space, not a mark. Do not show commas, dashes or any other copy unless
you want them imprinted on the cards. Call to our attention any unusual spelling or punctuation.

• Your copy will be imprinted in New Century Schoolbook.
• One or two lines of imprint are considered standard.
• Send your signature(s) electronically, all done in black ink,
and we will position on the card to make it look as though
they were personally signed.

All Occasion Cards
FREE CUSTOM FRONT OF CARD CHANGE
All cards in the All Occasion line can have any text or logo added to the front of the card. The sample text can be changed
to whichever wording you want. All front artwork is in full colour.
INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMIZATION – “variable printing”
All cards in the All Occasion line can be individually personalized with different text on the inside of each folded card style
or on the back of each postcard style. An Excel spreadsheet with each name on a single line must be provided with the order.
Price is $100 per order.
GREEN OPTION
All cards in the All Occasion line can be printed on Green Option card stock. Our Green Option card stock is FSC certified
and produced from 100% PCW. When choosing this option, the Green Option symbol is added to the back of the card letting
everyone know that it is environmentally friendly.
SUMMARY OF EXTRA CHARGES
NOTE: An order is to be considered as any quantity over 50 of any one style number ordered at any one time and going to
a single location.
COLOURS: Standard colours are Black, Reflex Blue, Red #199, Green #341 and Brown #469. For non-standard colours please
provide PMS #. An absolute match of special colour cannot be guaranteed due to variations in ink, paper and manufacturing
methods.
GREETING: You may select a verse from those shown on our website (All Occasion Verses), or have a custom greeting
imprinted at $35.
PROOFS: Your first proof will be provided as a pdf at no charge. Additional proofs are $35 each.
LOGO: All artwork should be provided as a high resolution tiff, pdf or a vectorized eps. Electronic artwork should be sent
to [email protected]. If the artwork requires additional work, there is a minimum charge of $35. You will be
contacted with an estimate, if the charge will exceed this amount. Please note that artwork transmitted by facsimile is not
accepted for printing.
ENVELOPES: All folded style cards come with plain white envelopes. Envelopes may be ordered with an address printed
on the back flap. The charge is $50 for printing the first 100 (or lesser quantity) and $2.50 for each additional 25.
SIGNATURES: Send your signatures electronically, all done in black ink, and we will position them on the card, making

STANDARD IMPRINT
Standard copy will be imprinted in New Century Schoolbook in black. Two lines of imprint are considered standard.
SUMMARY OF EXTRA CHARGES
NOTE: An order is to be considered as any quantity over 50 of any one style number ordered at any one time and going
to a single location.
COLOURS: Standard colours are Black, Reflex Blue, Red #199, Green #341 and Brown #469. For non-standard colours
please provide PMS #. An absolute match of special colour cannot be guaranteed due to variations in ink, paper and
manufacturing methods.
GREETING: You may select a verse from those shown on our website (All Occasion Verses), or have a custom greeting
imprinted at $35.
PROOFS: Your first proof will be provided as a pdf at no charge. Additional proofs are $35 each.
LOGO: All artwork should be provided as a high resolution tiff, pdf or a vectorized eps. Electronic artwork should be sent
to [email protected]. If the artwork requires additional work, there is a minimum charge of $35. You will be
contacted with an estimate, if the charge will exceed this amount. Please note that artwork transmitted by facsimile is not
accepted for printing.
ENVELOPES: Envelopes for any card shown may be ordered with an address printed on the back flap. The charge is $50
for printing the first 100 (or lesser quantity) and $2.50 for each additional 25.
SIGNATURES: Send your signatures electronically, all done in black ink, and we will position them on the card, making
