well as our service workshops at a range of locations

and development of our service team ensures a reliable
and efficient after sales service is provided. Moreover,
we place high demands on occupational safety in all the
work we carry out.
We have been SCC certified since 2005. We carry out
installation, commissioning and service for our own
on-load boiler cleaning systems as well as those from
other manufacturers with a proven adherence to a high
standard of safety. To ensure we can continue to do this,
we undergo a third party verification every year and a
comprehensive repeat audit every three years.

What is the point of a carefully thought-through
investment decision for an on-load boiler cleaning
system if there is not the same kind of careful thought
put into installation and commissioning? That’s why
we consider it especially important that the work is
carried out by experts and ensure that operational
safety is provided right from the beginning. Experienced
construction supervisors monitor the installation of
equipment and carry out the first functional test and
subsequent performance tests.
Time is money – this piece of wisdom is particularly
true when applied to inspections. With over 60 years
of customer service experience, you can rely on us to
plan all the necessary work in detail and carry it out
punctually.
Maintaining value is the foundation for ensuring the
availability of an on-load boiler cleaning system. When
planning a maintenance concept we focus on your ideas
and goals. Whether preventative or condition-orientated
maintenance – it is your decision when it comes to
designing your maintenance contract, which will then
be tailored to your budget and personnel situation.
Changes can always occur during the lifespan of your
plant, necessitating adjustments to the on-load boiler
cleaning system if efficiency and availability is to be
maintained or even increased. Often only minimal
changes need to be made to achieve an optimal solution.
We carry out all these tasks in compliance with the
valid operating and safety regulations. We also carry
out training of the operating personal so that smooth
operation and in-house troubleshooting of simple faults
can be guaranteed.
You can also depend on our prompt supply of spare
parts in the case of unplanned shutdowns. In any case,
our 24-hour hotline and comprehensive spare-parts
warehouse guarantee the very best conditions to make
help available – quickly.
We also offer inspection and spare parts services for all
other manufacturer’s brands.

your maintenance is carried out fast, effective and highly
efficient. This applies to our own on-load boiler cleaning
systems as well as those from other manufacturers. Our
service personnel are regularly trained in-house and are
therefore completely up-to-date with the latest technical
developments. Moreover, we ensure that our personnel
regularly participate in occupational safety seminars.
We would be happy to include your operating
personnel in our training sessions: either to introduce
new personnel to the subject of boiler cleaning or to
refresh their knowledge.

advice. What is particularly important in this process
is that first we listen to you. Together, we will discuss
your goals and ideas so that we can plan a tailor-made
optimisation concept.
The technical development of our on-load boiler
cleaning equipment is a continuous process. Improved
design details ensure, for example, easier handling – an
upgrade can represent a step towards more safety. It is
becoming increasingly common for us to install sensors
which register exactly where and how intensively
deposits have built up on the heating and reaction
surfaces. Cleaning of the boiler can then be based on
this information and carried out selectively, meaning a
decrease in the use of cleaning media. Adaptation of
boiler cleaning to the actual deposit situation means a
significantly more efficient operation can be achieved
than with conventional, fixed cleaning schemes.

Energy chain instead of cable carriers
The correct blowing pressure is a decisive factor if
optimal boiler cleaning is to be carried out on a boiler
whose conditions have been altered.

maintenance work as inspection
and re-tensioning of the cables
is no longer necessary. Energy
chains also provide fault-free and
safe operation, and make alarm
signals due to broken cables a
thing of the past.
The necessary adjustment of the blowing pressure can
be completed with the SMART SET blowing valve in only
a few minutes. This takes place during the operation of
the blower and without having to shut off the steam
line beforehand. What is particularly clever about
this process is the square hole of the adjustment disc
corresponding to the square section of the valve stem.
The turning motion is transferred to the adjustment
disc and increases or decreases the blowing pressure as
required.
Upgrade example 3:
Automatic packing tightener
Inspection of the packing in every individual blower
is important but is also very time consuming. With an
automatic packing tightener, the packing is constantly
kept at the necessary tightness.
Manual re-packing is reduced to a minimum, significantly
fewer inspections need to be carried out. The steam
blower’s operating time is increased and you save steam
at the same time due to the decreased leakage.

“full service package”, which includes

Inspection contract
Defined standard work is carried out at
a fixed price, all other additional work
is subject to prices agreed in advance.
Inspection and maintenance as well as
handling of spare parts are included.
Service on demand
