Reliable Gas Cleaning and Process Capture
Clyde Bergemann Air Pollution Control technology controls particulate and acid gas produced during plant operations. Particulate
control technologies include Electrostatic Precipitators, both dry
and wet, and Fabric Filters. These customized systems are offered
either as standalone devices to capture fugitive particulate and process matter, or in combination with dry scrubbers, which simultaneously control acid gas emissions.
Materials Handling includes a range of solutions for cost-effective
and efficient transport of dry bulk materials in the cement, mining & mineral, building products, petrochemical, thermal processing /steel & metals and general industries. Clyde Bergemann has
proven expertise in lean and dense phase pneumatic conveying,
mechanical feed systems and various product injection technologies for emission reduction and process control. The commitment
to research and development of reliable and innovative materials
handling solutions has generated cutting-edge products such as
PERMA/lok 5 Valves, SPIRA/flo, PERMA/flo Pipe & Fittings, and eXTreme Rotary Valves.
Dry Sorbent Injection Systems and Spray Dryer Absorber Systems
are offered for acid gas control. Technologies to control mercury
and dioxin/furan emissions via adsorption using Powdered Activated Carbon (PAC) Injection can achieve greater than 95% removal of
these pollutants in combination with the particulate matter control
system.
