Pea Salad
Ingredients:
Directions:
1 package of frozen peas,
thawed (16 oz)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill
1-2 hours before serving.
½ pound cooked ham
(cubed)
1 cup grated cheddar
cheese
1 cup chopped red onion
½ cup ranch dressing
Optional:
Add a little crumbled blue cheese for
extra flavor (use sparingly as a little
goes a long way).
