ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION:
The Annual Subscription of the Club falls due on 1st April 2015. Members are requested to pay their
subscription in time to enable the Club to run its activities adequately.
CHANGE IN CONTACT:
Members who have moved to new places or residence and / or those who have changed
their phone numbers are requested to communicate the same to the Club's office as soon
as possible so as to enable us to update our records.

E-mail being quick and easy means of communication, please send us your e-mail id to enable

Suggestion Boxes have been kept at the Riding Ground and at the ARC premises

Dear Member,
Our Club has been bustling with activities, since the past
few months.
Our young riders participated at the JNEC held at Delhi in December
2014 and performed exceedingly well.
We had the opportunity of hosting the National Dressage
Championships (NDC) and Indian Dressage League (IDL) from
28 th January 2015 to 29 th January 2015. The participation by our
Members both young and old was remarkable.
Our young riders are now off to participate in Japalouppe and Delhi
Horse Show.
Our 68 th Annual Horse Show & Polo Tournaments will be held from
2 nd March 2015 to 4 th April 2015.
We will have the teams participating from Argentina and across
India. We look forward to our Members enjoying the games.
We request all our members to come forward with suggestions, ideas
and even participate in the management of our Club.

JUNIOR NATIONAL EQUESTRIAN CHAMPIONSHIP 2014 DELHI
Our junior riders performed exceptionally well and even the riders competing for the first time
did very well.
We would also like to appreciate the efforts of parents for their support and co-operation
extended to our AEO, Gopal Tshering (Bobin) and our coach Mr. Yashaan Khambatta who
encouraged and motivated the children to compete in the JNEC.

Members are hereby informed that the Managing Committee is pleased to accept advertisements at the
following rates: Rs.7,500/- per page per insertion. In case of 4 insertions (annually four quarters) the cost would
be Rs.6,000/- per insertion.
DRESS AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
Members and Guests will be required to ride in proper outfit
consisting of a pair of breeches or jeans, boots or closed leather
shoe with plain leather soles and heels, Polo hat or riding cap. If

case, members will be allowed to ride without a proper hat.

APPEAL FOR ADVERTISEMENTS IN THE ANNUAL SOUVENIR
Dear Sir/ Madam,
We are pleased to inform you that our Club will be conducting the 68th Annual Horse Show &
Polo Tournaments at the Mahalaxmi Race Course, Mumbai from 2nd March 2015 to 4th April
2015.
The Schedule of Events for Polo will comprise of various tournaments ranging from a low goal
tournament to 10 goal tournaments. Reputed National & International Polo Players will be
participating, making the event exciting. We will also be conducting Show Jumping, Dressage
& Tent Pegging Competitions. Various other Mounted Sports for adults and children will also
be conducted.
Staging all these events require considerable expenditure. All arrangements have to be of a
high order where important dignitaries are expected to be Chief Guests on various days. We
therefore appeal to your Organization to offer financial assistance in the form of an
advertisement and / or banners. This advertisement will be printed in an attractive brochure
which we propose to bring out during the Tournaments.
The rates of Advertisement and Banners are set out in the enclosed booking form. All rates
are net and exclusive of advertising Agencies Commission.
