LEADING IN COMPLEXITY
This management education programme is designed for ambitious, experienced
Managers and Directors in Finland with extensive experience in ICT and media, who
need to assure the future success of their business in a complex environment.
Henley Business School takes
personalised learning to a whole
new level
In this personalised programme you will learn to lead
– and to manage – at a more strategic level. You will
increase your resilience, ensure growth and understand
how successful companies are prepared for complexity.
You will develop your own trusted network and have
time to think, reflect and see the bigger picture: you
will know what changes are needed and how to put
them into action. After the programme you will also be
invited to join Henley Business School alumni.
Benefits for the organisation
This programme delivers a comprehensive
development process for experienced managers to
reach higher levels of performance and contribution –
allowing your company to deliver tangible, commercial
benefits more quickly and more sustainably.
Programme details
The programme comprises 2 x week long modules
and 2 Masterclasses – plus Executive Coaching, Action
Learning and networking with other ICT and media
professionals in Finland. It works at 2 levels – the level
of individual leadership and the level of commercial
context for your organisation. Firstly this creates a great
opportunity to think, reflect on your style and impact,
and implement any changes in order to build even
more success. Then the programme presents practical
models, tools and techniques, allowing managers in
Finland to experiment with them and apply them ‘live’
to their own context under the guidance of experts in
their subject field. This will assure greater capability
in strategic thinking, planning and implementation. It
arms the participants with great leadership awareness
and the flexibility needed in the 21st century.
This leadership programme is delivered by Henley
Business School’s core faculty, who have great in depth
knowledge of their subject and practical experience
from the global business environment.
