Professor Andrew Kakabadse Professor of Governance and Leadership, BSc, MA, PhD Andrew has consulted in the UK, Europe, USA, SE Asia, China, Japan, Russia, Georgia, the Gulf States, India and Australia. His current areas of competence focus on improving top executive teams and boards, excellence in consultancy practice, leadership, corporate governance, conflict resolution and international relations. She serves as a consultant to a number of leading UK and European companies. Her major area of research and consulting is in Customer Management, Customer Retention and Internal Marketing. She has worked extensively in the area of loyalty and the critical linkages between employee behaviour and customer retention. She has published widely on this subject and is co-author of Relationship Marketing for Competitive Advantage, Winning and Keeping Customers. Dr. Elena Beleska-Spasova Associate Professor of International Business, PhD, MBA Elena’s research and competence provides insights into the strategic issues and challenges faced by managers of multinational corporations in the international environment. Her current interests are focused on the area of international business strategies of international firms, global and regional strategies and their relationship with the firm’s performance, firm-specific resources and capabilities as drivers of the firm’s competitive advantage, and strategic alliances and networks.
