The Board of Directors works to bring the membership programs and events of importance and value. The Board consists of
individuals who represent the community as comprehensively as possible. Business members comprise 75% of the Board while
community members represent the remaining 25%. By reading the Chamber’s mission statement you can see the importance of
this combination.
The Westfield Chamber of Commerce serves the businesses of the area and the community as a whole. Board members strive to
be well informed of the issues that affect these businesses and this community. Areas of legislation, community issues,
education, and economic development are among those requiring the attention of the Chamber.
The Board meets monthly and welcomes any suggestions that are designed to enhance Chamber function.
The Mission of the Westfield Chamber of Commerce is to promote the economic development of the Westfield Community
and to be active in all aspects of community life. The Chamber strives to enhance the educational, recreational, spiritual, and
cultural development of the community through the participation of its business, professional, and community members. This
mission is based on the goal to promote a favorable business climate and a positive quality of life.
Cancellation Policy: Please RSVP as early as possible when reservations are requested for a Chamber event. It is necessary to
bill un-notified cancellations. Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance.
Return Policy: For cancelled reservations which have been prepaid, a credit will be issued for future events. Products purchased
are non-refundable.

The Community Awareness Committee strives to involve its members in enhancing Westfield through service, education, and community

Thank you for taking our survey!
On behalf of the Westfield Washington Schools’ team, I want to thank
you for taking the time to complete our survey. We had a 20 percent
response rate; this is up 8 percent from the previous survey in 2009.
This year’s survey included five new questions and overall results
compared to the 2009 survey increased. The feedback provided is
valuable and we will use the results to target areas for improvement.

central Indiana host the BIG GAME!

You can help show the community’s excitement about the upcoming
big game by participating in the Super Kids fundraiser program and
help raise money for your group! The goal is to get 5,000 “Hamilton
County is SUPER Excited!” car magnets out there for our guests to
see... which means local youth groups can raise $20,000 to support
their cause! The HCCVB is ordering 5000 car magnets and want to
get them on cars throughout the county to help people get excited
about the Super Bowl … and to let our visitors know that Hamilton
County is ready for them!
Starting January 9th the Westfield Chamber will serve as a
distribution center for these Super Kids Magnets.

 2012 Student Leadership Tables
To recognize and celebrate Westfield High School students who demonstrate outstanding leadership skills,
the Westfield Chamber of Commerce welcomes and recognizes these students at the monthly Chamber membership luncheons. These
luncheons provide an opportunity for the students to receive recognition from the business and civic members for their achievements
awhile gaining an insight into their local business community.
The students, along with a staff representative from Westfield High School, will be seated at a special table along with the sponsor of
the month. The cost of this table for eight (six students and two adults) is $100 per luncheon. This sponsorship includes lunch for all
seated at the Student Leadership Table. The sponsor receives special recognition during the luncheon for their commitment to
excellence and community leadership and is also recognized in the monthly newsletter.
