SENIOR photos CLASS OF 2016 REQUIREMENTS—PHOTOS DUE OCTOBER 5, 2015
Please provide your yearbook photographer with the portrait guidelines below. Photos deemed out of compliance will NOT be accepted.
This is a good time to start thinking about preparing for your senior portraits so that you can be included in the 2016
Enochs High Yearbook. In order for your senior portrait picture to be included in the yearbook, the picture itself must
meet the exact specifications set by the yearbook staff and be received no later than October 5, 2015.
Shoob Photography is our Official Senior Photographer (4640 Spyres Way, Modesto, 567-0748). While the decision to
choose a senior photographer is entirely yours, Shoob Photography offers excellent studio portrait packages for
families and follows the exact yearbook specifications for all yearbook portraits. Call to schedule your appointment and
take advantage of summer portrait discounts. If you wish to have ONLY a yearbook portrait taken, Shoob will be taking
a FREE senior yearbook portrait on campus October 21-23. If you prefer more time and attention than you would get at
the school shoot, you may call the studio to schedule your portrait for a $25 sitting fee.
If your portraits are taken at the Shoob studio, the yearbook portrait is guaranteed to meet the EHS yearbook
requirements listed below and will be submitted by Shoob by the scheduled deadline. While we prefer that Shoob
Photography take your yearbook photo, if it is taken elsewhere, you MUST present the photographer with the
specifications below to ensure that the exact requirements are met. If your image does NOT meet these specifications,
you will have to get another photograph that meets the requirements by the deadline, or take the photo offered at
school Ocotober 21-23 or you will not be pictured in the yearbook.
The background for senior portraits is a custom backdrop that can be purchased by other photo studios directly from
Shoob Photography. Sample photos are posted below and online at the Wingspan Yearbook website at

2016 ENOCHS HIGH SCHOOL YEARBOOK REQUIREMENTS
(PLEASE GIVE THESE SPECIFICATIONS TO YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER)
1. Photos must be shot on custom background available
through Shoob Photography! NOT photo-shopped in!
2. Upper body studio shots ONLY. Full body & outdoor
shots not allowed for yearbook portraits.
3. Only digital photos from the photographer using
correct background will be accepted and must be
submitted in jpeg format, 640x800 pixels and 300dpi
by email to [email protected] or on a CD
by October 5, 2015.
4. Women’s shoulders should be turned 45 degrees to photographers right. Men’s head and shoulders should be
turned 45 degrees to the photographers left. PLEASE SEE SAMPLE PHOTOS FOR CORRECT ORIENTATION.
5. Image file name should include student name as well as abbreviated name of studio, for example:
SmithJoe_Sessions.jpg (no spaces). Please label images with correct spelling of first and last name. PRINT PHOTOS
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
6. MEN must wear a white button-up shirt with a dark tie—photographer will provide required jacket for men.
7. WOMEN must wear a black velvet drape provided by photographer—please come to your sitting wearing a
camisole, bandau and/or strapless bra to wear under the drape.
8. No hats. No sport team logos. No props (i.e. sport equipment, toys, wigs, benches, chairs, etc.).
9. No photos with studio names will be accepted.
10. No visibly blurred or softened photos will be accepted.

12. The yearbook staff must receive all photographs by October 5, 2015 in order for the picture to be included in the
yearbook. Photos that do not fulfill the above requirements will NOT be accepted.
NOTE TO PHOTOGRAPHERS: Please send one CD for all images of Enochs students shot at your studio by the deadline
or share through google drive with email [email protected].
