WHEN AND WHERE
Enter through a rainbow and emerge from a bubbly haze into a dreamland
of curiosities. Do some “shadow dancing” in front of an interactive
silhouette wall and transport yourself into a world of wonder as you enter
the brand new Bubble Tunnel.
Encounter enormous “live” Luna Moth creations — some 15 feet tall!
— flittering around for all to see. Check out the underbelly of a giant
centipede as you worm your way through its segmented legs! Navigate a
drawbridge as you cross the River of Light on your way to the Colorwheel
Castle. Squiggle through the Caterpillar Cavern and discover larger-thanlife elements like a colossal praying mantis and a massive mayfly.
Recycled elements serve as eco-friendly building blocks for our
intergalactic flora and friendly woodland creatures. State-of-the-art
illumination highlights these amazing works of art and showcases the
Manor’s gorgeous landscape and specimen trees.
In the hospitality tent, enjoy spring-themed sweets including organic
sorbet from Blue Pig of Croton and homemade candy, baked goods, and
savories from Geordane’s of Irvington.

An African-American celebration of spring, Pinkster was held in the
Hudson Valley as early as the 17th century. Filled with music, dance,
food, and revelry, this cross-cultural festival re-creates the spring
holiday with a rousing colonial-style celebration. Festivities include lively
presentations of drumming and traditional dance, African folktales, and
demonstrations of traditional African instruments and utilitarian wares.
Discover Pinkster! is made possible by
Fire juggling and comedy troupe
extraordinaire A Different Spin,
provided by Boston Circus Guild, is
coming to Sleepy Hollow to create a fully
choreographed, live display of fire arts.
Featuring seven flame-wielding, fireeating performers twisting and turning,
juggling and dancing, spinning and sword
fighting, this event is perfect for all ages
and guaranteed to have you talking about it
long after the fire’s extinguished.

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY
Explore the stone manor house and brick ferry house, wander
through the heritage gardens, and stroll down a quiet country road
along the Croton River. There, you’ll experience the domestic life of
a patriot family living in the years just after the American Revolution
— the New Nation period. With its extraordinary collection of colonial
and federal furnishings, the manor house illustrates the opulence
enjoyed by the Van Cortlandts. In contrast, the ferry house brings alive
the strenuous challenges of living in post-Revolutionary America.
