Is there a cost to my company for the vending
equipment/service:
KBL VENDING SERVICE will provide the machines and service
free of charge.
How often do you come by and fill up the machines?
Some of our accounts we fill daily while others are filled every
two weeks. Our custom designed route software will help us
monitor usage and will schedule service as needed to keep the
machines from running low.
What is the procedure if someone loses money in the
machines?
Vending machines from time to time do take people's money. In
the event of that happening our route drivers will issue a refund
promptly. We do not have a refund request form that takes a
week to process. We issue refunds instantly.
If a machine has a problem how quickly do you respond to
fix it?
Once a problem has been brought to our attention we respond
as quickly as possible. In most cases that might be the next day
but in some cases we will respond that same day. Keeping our
customers happy and our vending machines stocked and
functioning properly is our #1 priority.
Can we request specific products?
We encourage your employees to make requests. You can either
request a specific product through our website or ask one of our
route drivers to include an item. Our main priority is to sell the
products your employees will buy.

History of kbl Vending Service
Many years ago, Bill Lennon
senior and Tom Lennon, two
brothers, started a small
vending company called Lennon
vending, sometime around the
early '60s. After many years
together, they went their
separate ways in business and
Bill Lennon took the sole
ownership of Lennon Vending.
When my brother and I were born, he taught us
everything we needed to know about his once small
vending service. In 1987, Lennon Vending
became KBL Vending, which stands for
Katherine and Bill Lennon. Kay, as her
closest friends and family had known her
as, had always wished more could be done
than just a vending company. Our devoted
mother of four was determined to start
an office coffee business, and in 1994 she
got her wish. Kay's Coffee Service was
born.
As our mother became ill, we both promised her one thing: we would continue to run both services
in the same way she had wanted us to; customer service was always the most important aspect of a
successful business. Sadly, in 2003 Kay lost the battle of her life and passed away. Today, Kay's
love and devotion still lives on as my brother and I have
spear-headed a tremendous growth movement with both
Service even expanding into Rhode Island. When a
customer is faced with a difficult problem or request, and
we both are unsure of the
outcome, we try to
remember and focus upon
one thing: what would Mum
do? And often times we can
both still hear Mum's quiet,
gentle voice saying "The
customer comes first."
