Backstage Loading Dock – 2 Doors (10’ high x 10’ wide each). Trucks load 2 at the same time. Forklift is not required. Equipment must load in through dock. Printed literature and merchandise may load in Front of House. Trailers may store onsite. There is no stage door. Event Office There is a 10’ x 7’ room with data ports and phone lines. – Dressing Rooms – Two rooms (approximately 42’ x 32’) on either side of the platform may be used for dressing and/or staging area. VIP dressing room (approximately 25’ x 13’) located directly behind center stage wall may be used for dressing and/or staging area. Mirrored choral/large dressing room (approximately 42’ x 17’) may be used for dressing and/or staging area. Video monitors can be provided in these rooms upon request. 4 Potter’s House Event Center Technical Manual VIP Access -There is VIP access through a secured parking garage which has 5 roll up doors and parking for 5 vehicles. The garage leads into a corridor with direct access to the VIP holding area. A video monitor can be provided in the VIP holding area upon request. Catwalk Layout – Main Auditorium All catwalks are 3’ wide, and are labeled in a series: Electrical, Front of House, Stage Left and Stage Right. The headend is located in the Video production Control Room. Video Production The Potter’s House Event Center has a video production control room which can be staffed by the Potter’s House Event Center production team or with your own staff. Cabling infrastructure allows feed from all areas in the facility.
