Custom Style Countertops
Traditional custom countertops begin with shaping and reinforcing the countertop’s deck. Vangura’s decks are 1-1/2" thick, which are
the strongest in the industry. Industrial-grade laminating machines fuse laminate sheets and reinforced substrates together through a
powerful heat source. Heavy-duty compression rollers then permanently bond and seal the components together to form a seamless,
flawless countertop. The backsplash is applied with specialized equipment and a proprietary joining and fastening system that securely
locks it into place, ensuring a perfect fit. The finishing stage of this intricate, highly skilled process includes sinkbowl cut outs, end caps
and a final quality inspection.

Vangura’s post-form countertops are made with a proprietary thermal fusion production process on a form-fitting compression line that
transforms a high-grade deck and laminate sheet together into a three-dimensional, seamless countertop, including the backsplash in
a single pass. This automated process permanently wraps, chemically bonds and reinforces the countertop with a full perimeter buildup,
ensuring maximum physical integrity and a flawless appearance. This process also features interchangeable profile heads which allow
multiple countertop designs to be manufactured without line interruption. The level of innovative technology and thought that goes

Smart Choice Laminates
Vangura’s Smart Choice Laminate countertops feature five proprietary designs that
you can’t buy anywhere else in the world. These countertop designs are a breakthrough
innovation in form-fitting laminate edge profiling. Savana™, Vanessa™, Van-Edge™, V-Form®
and Pro-Form® feature a seamless laminate sheet that contours and flows from the
backsplash to the front edge-profile, and because it’s seamless, there are no cracks
in which to collect dirt or grime.

Vangura® manufactures a full line of stylish Bartops featuring the classic, time-tested Hargenrader
Arm Rail, complete and ready for installation or sold separately. Our custom-crafted Bartops let you
