Mr. E was born in Jakarta, 22 August 1946,
He is Indonesian citizen, 4 children; 2 0f children live in Sing; 2
other live in USA.
• In 2015 Mr. E got stroke and should took craniotomy
operation
• After took care in Sing hospital; the family decided to care Mr.
E in Senior Living.; and they search the web and took
D’Khayangan.
• To make sure that the parent would get the best service, the
family took a vist Senior Living @D’khayangan on 23 May
2015.
• Family visited D’Khayangan together wth medical record of
Mr. E.
• D’Khayangan did the assesment and confirm to take care Mr.
E.
• 31st of June, 2015 Mr. E & the children departed from Sing to
Jakarta to start to live Senior Living @ D‘Khayangan.
