HOOD & FRONT WINDOW FRAME CONVERSION KITS
Fits 1996-07 UTILIMASTER AEROMASTER
Cut time in replacing windshield and side glass with this aluminum window frame.
No more waiting 24 hours for adhesive to dry.
Factory windows are adhesive set
and require a 24 hour drying time.
This new design allows you to replace
the entire front or side window in 45
minutes. All components: aluminum
frame, rubber surround with bead filler,
glass and fasteners, are included with
each kit. Once the old glass is removed
the aluminum frame rivets into place
and is ready for the glass installation.
Windshields come in two body widths,
86" and 93". Side glass can also be
replaced with a new aluminum housing
and are sold per side. Side glass is
universal and fits either body width.

aluminum one piece replacement
for the original fibe glass hood.
Aluminum hoods are much more
durable than fibe glass hoods.
Typically the fibe glass nose piece
cracks on the radius of the
front end from extensive wear
or a slight bump to the front
end. Our conversion sells for
less than the partial of a
Utilimaster replacement. The
aluminum hood is more durable,
longer lasting and less expensive.

39062 - 302-E Heavy Duty Riveter. This
durable riveter with its fully adjustable
vacuum system holds the rivet in the
nosepiece, allowing the operator to rivet at
any angle with one hand free. The vacuum
system also automatically collects the spent mandrel into
a collection bottle. This creates a cleaner and safer work
environment by preventing spent mandrels from falling to
the floor or work surface. This tool can easily install 3/32" to
3/16" diameter rivets in all alloys, and 1/4" diameter open-end
rivets in aluminum/steel combination. A swivel air inlet for
increased mobility when working is also included along with
a push button trigger and molded frame which provides the
operator with maximum comfort using minimal effort.
The recommended airline pressure is 85-95 PSI.
